Common questions

Are the templates free?

Yes. Download them as Word or Excel files, or print them to PDF. There is no sign-up and no email address needed.

Can I use the influencer agreement as it is?

Use it as a starting point. Contracts depend on where they are signed and enforced, and rules in the UAE and Saudi Arabia differ. Have a lawyer review the agreement and statement of work before you rely on them.

Does the tax invoice template meet UAE requirements?

It is laid out with the details the Federal Tax Authority lists for a full tax invoice. You still need to fill it in correctly, with your TRN, sequential numbers and VAT in AED. The VAT invoicing guide explains each requirement.

What do the yellow highlights mean?

Anything in square brackets and highlighted is a placeholder to replace with your own details, like names, dates and amounts.
