Lumen opens its first Gulf store in Dubai Design District

The skincare brand's flagship brings its full range and a treatment studio to the UAE

DUBAI, UAE, 1 October 2026: Lumen, the skincare brand known for its fragrance-free serums, today opened its first store in the Gulf at Dubai Design District. The 180 square metre flagship carries the brand's full range and a treatment studio offering skin consultations by appointment.

The opening follows two years of online sales in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, where the Gulf has become one of the brand's fastest-growing markets.

“Our customers in the Gulf found us online first. Now they can walk in, try everything and talk to someone who knows their skin,” said Sara Haddad, General Manager, Lumen Middle East.

A release an editor can use

  • Lead with the news, not the company. “Lumen opens its first Gulf store” beats “Lumen is delighted to announce”.
  • Send it to the right person, the editor who covers the subject, with the release in the email and the PDF and pictures attached.
  • Offer both languages where the outlet publishes in Arabic, and a picture editors are free to use, with a caption and a credit.

Common questions

What goes in a press release, and in what order?

A release line (for immediate release, or the embargo), the headline and an optional subheadline, then the story, opening with the city and date. A quote from a named spokesperson, an end mark, a short paragraph about the company, and a media contact close it.

Can I write it in Arabic?

Yes. Choose العربية and the release is laid out right to left, with the Arabic release line, date, end mark and headings. For Gulf media you may want both: make the English one, switch to Arabic, and write the second version.

What is an embargo?

A request that the news is not published before a set time. Choose Embargoed and write the time with its time zone, such as 09:00 GST, 1 October 2026, so no one has to guess.

How do I make a PDF?

Click Save as PDF: your browser's print window opens with the release laid out on an A4 page, and Save as PDF there makes the file. Nothing is uploaded.
