The report agencies send, without the afternoon it takes
Most coverage reports are built by hand: a screenshot per article, a reach figure copied from somewhere, a total nobody can explain. This one is put together from the articles themselves, and every number on it can be explained on the spot.
- A black cover with your logo, the client’s name and the period, and the strongest pieces in a grid.
- A summary page: coverage by tier, estimated reach, combined monthly visits, domain authority and advertising value.
- A page per article with its screenshot, estimated reach and confidence, and the six scores behind the estimate.
- A PDF from your browser’s print dialog, ready to send.
Honest figures
Reach is shown as a range with a confidence level, because nobody outside a publisher can measure its page views. Advertising value is worked out from that estimate. A publication Wiro cannot read gets no invented figure: the page shows what could and could not be read.
Where this fits in the work
Five articles is one small report. A month of coverage is thirty links across several clients, each re-checked as it ages, tiered, valued and screenshotted. Wiro does that: coverage books, reach estimates that update themselves, and a report of any size in the same design as this one.

What is in the report?
A cover with your logo, the client's name and the period; a summary page with total coverage, estimated reach, combined monthly visits, domain authority, tiers and advertising value; and a page per article with its screenshot, publication, date, tier, estimated reach and the six scores behind it.
Where do the figures come from?
From the Wiro Reach Engine, the same one behind the free article reach checker and Wiro's PR module. Each article's reach is an estimate from what the article and its publication show in public, shown as a range with a confidence level. None of it is the publisher's own analytics, and the report says so.
Why is there no screenshot for some articles?
Some publications show automated visitors a bot check instead of the article. Wiro does not work around that. Take a screenshot yourself and add it to that article; it goes straight into the report.
Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No. Your logo, and any screenshot you add, stay in your browser. The report is built on your device and saved as a PDF from your browser's print dialog.
Why only five articles?
Every article means reading a publication and loading the page in a browser, so the free version is kept to one report's worth. Wiro does whole coverage books: every article re-checked as it ages, tiers suggested automatically, and a report of any size.
Can I change the report after it is made?
Yes. Change the agency, client, period, title or logo, or add a screenshot, and open the report again. Articles already read are not read again for a day.
