Changelog

What's new in Wiro

Everything that has shipped, month by month, since the first version in April 2026. Wiro isn’t open to everyone yet; this is what the agencies on the waitlist will walk into.

November 2026

A new waitlist page

  • CreatorsFixed: someone who had signed in to app.wiro.ae with a creator account was sent to their creator studio every time they opened the app, and could never reach the agency sign-in. The app now shows its sign-in page and stays there, and the studio stays signed in.
  • EmailEmails you write in Wiro now end with a small Sent from Wiro Mail badge under your message and signature. Don't want it on an email? Press the x on the badge while writing and it's gone from that email. To turn it off for good, untick it in that account's Signature settings.
  • CalendarWiro Meet: video calls inside Wiro, with no Google or Zoom account. Start a call or schedule one, send the link, and guests join from their browser with nothing to install. Includes a waiting room, screen sharing, chat, raised hands, reactions, host controls, background blur, pinning, a mic check, keyboard shortcuts, breakout rooms, recording, transcripts in English or Arabic, and a record of who joined. You also get an alert when a guest is waiting and nobody from your team is on the call.
  • Websitewiro.ae/waitlist is now a poster: a big headline on a black page, with small live pieces of Wiro round it (a task filling up, an invoice getting paid, a client approving a post, a reply arriving). Type your email and agency on the page and the waitlist form opens with both already filled in. After joining, the same page shows that your spot is saved and what happens next.
  • WebsiteThe feature cards on the home page, Features and the waitlist page now show small animated demos of each feature (a task moving to Review, an invoice getting paid, a todo list being ticked, a file link getting ready) instead of collage pictures. The menu at the top of public pages now floats over the page with nothing behind it.
  • ReportsClient reports now show the work, not just the numbers. A new page shows your Meta ads as people saw them, each with its spend and results. Projects delivered show the final images (and a frame of any video) instead of long links, video posts show a frame of the video, and creators in the influencer table have their photos.

October 2026

Mentions that prove influencer deliverables, an Ad plan that replaces the ads spreadsheet, UAE e-invoicing, and a home for creators

  • SchedulerPost from my phone. Any platform can be set to go out from your phone instead of automatically, for posts the apps' publishing tools can't handle (Instagram carousels over 10 slides, music, collabs); long Instagram carousels switch to it on their own, in the composer and from Send to Scheduler. When the post is due, whoever posts it gets a notification and an email that opens a phone page to save every slide to Photos, copy the caption and first comment and open the app. Mark as posted (with an optional link) counts it as published everywhere, with Undo for 10 minutes, and one reminder goes out if it's still not posted two hours later.
  • ProjectsCarousels for client review. Group a project's deliverables into a carousel or story sequence, set the slide order, platform, shape and caption, and get warnings for wrong shapes, slide limits and file types. The client's review link shows each carousel as a real Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok post they can swipe through, with every slide beside it on desktop; they can comment on a single slide and approve or ask for changes per carousel, and their slide notes go into the revision round. Send to Scheduler turns a carousel or story sequence into a draft post with the slides, caption and platform filled in.
  • Client linksPost review links show posts in two columns on desktop, each previewed as it will look on every platform it goes to, with comments on single slides. Project review shows files in two columns on desktop, and the Client sign-off buttons sit together.
  • AppUpload several files at once: project deliverables (each becomes its own deliverable), chats in Messages, the client portal and creator chats (each sends as its own message), creator drafts, Notes images, creator videos, Mind files and mention proofs. Uploads show "Uploading 3 of 7", name any file that's too big or didn't go with Try again, and take up to 20 files per pick.
  • ProjectsProjects now track client revision rounds. A Revisions tile and tab on every project list each round with who asked, what they asked for and which deliverables changed, and deliverables are grouped by version. A client's Request changes on the sign-off link is logged automatically, moving a project from Review or Delivered back to Active asks whether it was a client revision, and Log revision records ones asked for on WhatsApp or in a meeting. Set how many rounds a project includes (templates carry it too) and extra rounds are flagged, with Add to invoice to put them on a draft invoice. The Projects list shows an R badge and an Over included revisions filter, and the client page shows average rounds per project.
  • Client linksClient pages (portal, post review, project review, reports, shortlists) now show your agency's logo and name at the top, and links shared on WhatsApp preview with your agency name and what's waiting, like "Bloom Agency: 4 posts to review". The portal has a Waiting for you strip. Post review shows pictures full size, the caption each platform will publish and the first comment, with Approve and next and Approve all pending, and a client only approves the version they saw. Project review shows deliverables inline. A dropped connection no longer tells a client their link has expired, and expired links name your agency and let the client ask for a new one. Phones get bigger fields and buttons with no zoom, and Arabic text lines up right to left.
  • Client linksClient link fixes: reports leave out draft, void and non-invoice documents, show what's owed per currency with part payments counted, and weight ROAS by spend. Team comments on posts stay internal unless you share one with the client. Copy link no longer replaces the link a client already has (New link does), and review, project and portal links can be turned off. Long portal conversations keep showing new messages, drafts no longer appear on review links, and project sign-off no longer reopens paused or archived projects.
  • Sign inSign in with Google on the sign-in page. Setting up a new agency takes two or three short steps, starts in your country's currency, timezone and working week, and ends with inviting your team. Code boxes fit small phones, fields no longer zoom on iPhone, password managers save your password with your email, sign-up asks for the password once with a Show button, and you can change plan without leaving sign-up. Invited teammates see which agency they're joining and who invited them. The welcome tour is about a minute, shows only pages you can open and no longer covers the setup checklist, which can now import clients from a spreadsheet.
  • SecuritySign-in security: a password sign-in on a new device always needs the emailed code, creating a workspace either completes fully or changes nothing (no second agency from a double tap), resetting a password needs a fresh reset link or a recent sign-in, an old invite link can't restore a role an admin changed, resent invites can always be accepted, and removed members are told which workspace removed them.
  • CreatorsA creator's selected work shows in three columns on computers and tablets and two on phones, instead of sometimes leaving the third column empty.
  • SecurityTighter workspace security. Members can no longer change their own role, page access or status, and nobody can add themselves to a workspace or create one around the sign-up checks. Two-step verification, the device limit and signed-out devices now apply everywhere, not only on some screens, and someone removed from the team loses access straight away. Removing a passkey or resetting a teammate's two-step asks you to confirm it's you, guessing a page PIN with many tries at once no longer gets past the limit, and an invite can no longer pull someone out of another workspace.
  • SettingsSettings and Team: each member opens a drawer with their access, workload, sign-in, devices and client access; removing someone lets you hand their projects, tasks, clients, posts and conversations to a teammate first; admins can limit a member to only some clients; save access presets; invite several people at once from pasted addresses or a CSV; pending invites show when they were sent and when they expire, with Resend all; a Work week setting (working days, timezone, UAE holidays); the agency's legal name and address in Arabic; past rate cards under Valuation; and a change history for admins. Typing on a phone no longer jumps the page, team results in search open the person, department presets include Drive, removing a billing card asks first, and fields no longer zoom on iPhone.
  • BillingBilling no longer drops a Stripe update that failed the first time, an old or duplicate subscription can't overwrite your plan, two admins subscribing at once can't both be charged, and seats added while a downgrade is waiting carry over to the renewal.
  • CreatorsCreator studio: profile edits save themselves, copy, share or show a QR code for your page, preview it as an agency sees it, see how many agencies viewed it this week, a rate card with presets and a currency, counter-offer or ask a question on an invite, Your campaigns with deliverables to tick off, and a media kit from your connected numbers. Prove an account is yours with a code in your bio to get Checked by Wiro (until then numbers say Public numbers for @handle). On phones: no zoom when tapping fields, five tabs, back closes a conversation, a chart that scrolls, and agencies can tap to WhatsApp, email or call from a creator's page. Google sign-in and email links on creator.wiro.ae work again.
  • CreatorsCreator Network fixes: a social handle can only be connected to one creator, agencies can only message creators they invited or are already talking to, banned creators can't be reached, removed team members stop getting creator chat emails, growth charts use Dubai dates, and Invite from Wiro opens that creator in your network.
  • Websitewiro.ae: a Join the waitlist button in the landing hero, a slim bar after the intro and a Skip intro button. Pricing opens in dirhams, the currency applies to the founding offer and compare table, and the compare table shows one plan at a time on phones. The phone menu lists Features, About, FAQ and Contact. Guides open with contents and a reading time, the free tools page is a short list on phones, calculators keep the result in view, cover photos are no longer cropped, and iPhones no longer zoom on form fields. The waitlist form takes an optional WhatsApp number and shows what happens next, and About gets the UAE and Saudi weekends right.
  • WebsiteWebsite fixes: people who haven't joined are no longer told their spot is saved, signing in and resetting a password always happen on app.wiro.ae so you stay signed in, links after sign-in can't send you to another site, the free checkers stop at their limits before doing any work, joining the waitlist again doesn't change your details or send another email, and private share links (reports, shortlists, transfers, reviews) are kept out of search engines and never session-recorded.
  • ClientsProposals has been removed. Existing proposals are kept in the database but no longer shown anywhere in Wiro.
  • DriveDrive fixes: a shared folder no longer shows the private folders inside it, restoring something from a trashed private folder keeps it private, a folder holding a private folder you aren't on can't be trashed, only admins, managers or a folder's creator can change who sees it, and watermarked links never hand out the clean file (the preview has your agency's name drawn into it). Long uploads no longer get cancelled part way, resuming checks it's the same file, Use in hands over the original, and Empty trash empties everything. On phones: a view picker and View and filters, hold to select, a selection bar that fits, rows that show what each view is for, a grid layout, a preview that puts the file first with swipe and every PDF page, bottom-sheet dialogs and no zoom while typing. New: ask for approval on many files at once and filter by approval, Copy link from any menu, WhatsApp and phone share, links that close on a date you pick, big downloads as one ZIP, Retry for failed uploads, and your agency's logo on shared pages.
  • TransferTransfers: closed a hole where a team member could point a transfer at another workspace's files, saving settings no longer resets the expiry, Copied only shows when it really copied, and emails show the exact end date in UAE time. New: your agency's logo and colour on the download page, larger image and video previews, per-file client approval with notes, a download log, search and a client filter, password-protected transfers, an Arabic download page, send straight from Drive, and send again with a new link. Phones get bigger tap targets, no accidental Delete, and choosing several large files no longer saves only the first.
  • PlaybookPlaybook: share links no longer expose files from private Drive folders, moving a book to another client moves its files and brand kit with it, design files (.ai, .psd, .eps) download as the original instead of a preview picture, downloads refresh their links instead of saving error files, and shared pages include sub-boards. New: a Brand book starter, Approved and Do not use marks with usage notes, share links with expiry, password, WhatsApp and open counts, Arabic font specimens, a brand guidelines PDF and whole-book zip, palette export with a contrast check, search across all books, version history, touch reordering, and Add from Playbook in the Scheduler composer.
  • NotesNotes: typing while an image uploads is no longer undone, Quick notes always opens your own scratchpad and saves like the Notes page (no false Changed elsewhere, nothing lost when you close the tab), Notes asks before you leave a note whose last save failed, and images in private notes are only visible to people who can open the note. New: link notes to a client, templates, to-dos that become tasks in My Work, share with chosen teammates, @mentions, Move to a note from Quick notes, PDF export and a read-only client link, search snippets, drag into folders, and version history.
  • MindMind: two people editing one board no longer overwrite each other, a board that fails to load shows a retry screen instead of an old copy, only a board's creator can make it private, private boards stay out of other people's timelines, and board files load through expiring links. On phones boards open fitted with a simple bar and a finger moves the board, not the cards; videos play and the card menu opens with a long-press. New: client approval on share links, share passwords and expiry, @mentions, several photos at once in a grid, Arabic layout, real thumbnails, Gulf seasonal templates, sort and pins on the board list, and links that open a presentation at a slide.
  • AppWiro, Light and Dark checked page by page. Switching theme no longer leaves the selected tab or sidebar item the same colour as its text, and about 120 spots that were hard to read in one of the three themes are fixed: text on coloured tiles in Light and Dark, logos and icons that vanished in Dark, pink-on-pink status pills in Wiro, dropdown menus that stayed cream in Light and Dark, dark toolbars whose buttons disappeared, and loading placeholders you couldn't see. Error boxes no longer sit flush against the buttons under them.
  • AppScrolling inside the notification center, a dropdown, a menu, a picker or a drawer no longer scrolls the page behind it, with the mouse or on a phone.
  • AppPhones get a tidier top of the page. On Calendar, Scheduler, Projects, Clients, Finance, Ads, Influencers, PR and Messages, the view switches, filters, sort and search fold into one View and filters row, closed until you tap it, with a short summary of what's showing and a count when a filter is on. The main button and the page's own tabs stay in view. On the Calendar, Events and Meet sit beside the title, and tab switches in page headers fill their row evenly on phones.
  • AdsAds fixes. Meta and Google now ask which ad account to connect, and each connection syncs only that account, so one client's report can no longer show another client's spend (existing Google connections ask you to choose once). Amounts show in each ad account's own currency, totals are kept separate per currency, and the budget editor shows and checks the account's currency. ROAS is weighted by spend, reach is no longer added up across campaigns, and clients you assign by hand stay assigned through syncs. Members with Ads switched off can't read ad data, and only admins and managers can connect or disconnect accounts, which now asks first. Ads made in Wiro start and end at midnight in the account's timezone instead of four hours late, and Ad plan spent counts only spend inside each row's dates.
  • AdsNew in Ads: copy a whole month's plan to the next, export the plan as PDF or Excel, a pacing warning when a planned ad spends more than 10% faster or slower than planned (with a notification), planned budget beside actual spend on Performance, one-tap Gulf dates (Ramadan, both Eids, National Day, White Friday), saved audiences per client, and English or Arabic versions with a right-to-left preview. On phones the date range no longer gets cut off, Sync and Export come first and fields don't zoom; in dark mode the Money spent tile and platform colours are readable.
  • InfluencersInfluencers fixes: switching Influencers off for a member now also blocks the data and Creator Network contacts. Deleting a creator archives them, so their history stays in reports already sent. A creator's link stays the same when copied again (Reset link replaces it). Editing a deliverable's numbers no longer changes its price, every deliverable is priced at the rate card of its own day, and the engagement rate no longer counts posts with no reach. Spreadsheet imports keep columns in place and read ranges, 3.5K style numbers, percentages and profile links. Deliverables, campaign overviews and full profiles save on their own, large databases load in full, failures say so, and WhatsApp opens with the right country code.
  • InfluencersNew in Influencers: UAE media permit number and expiry with a Licensed only filter and a warning before adding an expired creator, overdue and drafts-waiting counts on campaign cards, an Unpaid creators view, saved filter views, a duplicate check when adding by hand, client shortlists sent from the Database listed and filed under campaigns, and an Arabic brief creators see right to left. On phones: a Filters sheet, Move to stage on board cards, Activity as cards, and bulk actions at any screen width.
  • PRPR fixes: PR access is enforced in the database, so members with PR switched off can't read the media database. Deleting a shared report takes its link down, and shared reports can be unshared. Estimated AVE is labelled est. in client reports and audience-based values are left out. A failed re-check no longer swaps a good Estimated Reach for the whole publication's audience. Coverage in a client's campaign now shows on that client's page and reports. The coverage detail view works on a phone.
  • PRNew in PR: filter by client (so View all in PR on a client opens just theirs), a one-click monthly report per client, campaign targets with progress, syndicated stories flagged and counted once, sentiment and prominence on cards, journalist coverage counts with automatic logging, CSV import and export for coverage and contacts, and the upkeep buttons gathered into one Tidy up menu.
  • ReportsMonthly reports fixes: a report no longer comes out blank when one section fails, the client portal no longer receives internal notes or budgets, and sharing, emailing and deleting are for admins and managers. Sections follow each member's access. Numbers fixed: Dubai month boundaries, influencer deliverables added inside campaigns, undated press coverage, the full posts count, influencer reach, ad spend for the month (refreshed, and never added across currencies), and Ad plan spent. Saved reports keep their logos and pictures, so they no longer change after saving, and report emails go only to the client's contacts or your team.
  • ReportsNew in Reports: an agency summary and next month's plan, change since last month on each cover tile, the client's logo and colour on the cover, a Ready for client step before sharing, Viewed by client and Downloaded marks, sections reordered and renamed per client, single items removed before saving, filters for client, month and not yet shared, automatic builds on the 1st, and a viewer with Fit, 100% and zoom that can be read on a phone.
  • MessagesThe Inbox works the way a busy team does. Saved views (Mine, Unassigned, Waiting on client, Overdue), search that finds words inside messages, a reply clock that turns a conversation red once it passes your first-reply target, a note when a teammate is viewing or typing in the same conversation, and select-many to assign, resolve, snooze or link a client at once. Keyboard shortcuts (press ? to see them). Send later: schedule a reply for in an hour, tomorrow at 9, the next business day or any time, shown in the thread with Edit time and Cancel; a WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram reply that would land after the reply window is refused up front. Canned replies can be kept to one channel and fill in the client's first name. Snooze to the next business day or a time you pick, load earlier messages in long threads, and export a conversation with its notes as CSV. Encrypted X chats show as a locked card with a link to open X.
  • MessagesA new Reports tab in Messages: messages by channel and client, median first response and resolution time per teammate, open and overdue counts, over 7, 30 or 90 days, with a business-hours option. Members see their own numbers; admins and managers see the team.
  • MessagesMessages fixes: files shared in a team chat direct message are now visible only to the two people in it; members with Messages switched off can no longer read or send through the app's API; Telegram checks that each incoming message really came from Telegram, and messages from different people no longer go missing; long threads show their newest messages; switching conversations or channels quickly no longer shows the previous one; a failed send, note, status change or forward now says so and puts your text back; a new message wakes a snoozed conversation; messages that arrive late count as unread; two reactions at the same moment are both kept; only admins, managers or a channel's creator can rename or delete it. On phones an open conversation gets the whole screen, the keyboard no longer covers the reply box and fields no longer zoom the page. Lists, tabs, menus and forms match the rest of Wiro.
  • CalendarCalendar fixes: moving or editing a Google meeting in Wiro no longer removes its guests, events deleted or cancelled in Google disappear from Wiro at the next sync, editing a Google all-day event keeps the right days, opening a Meet meeting no longer crashes the panel, holiday, birthday and view-only shared calendars no longer offer Edit or Delete, old daily repeating events show again, guests get Google's invitation email, a repeating event pushed to Google can be edited as a whole and keeps its local time across daylight saving, and paging quickly no longer shows another week's events. Agenda titles are readable in dark mode.
  • CalendarThe Calendar starts weeks on Monday (Sunday is still a choice) and shows UAE holidays and Ramadan. The Show row is now layers you turn on and off: your events, Google calendars, bookings, holidays and team availability, which shows when teammates are busy without any event details. Moving an event offers Undo, Move to sets a new day and time, and on phones you press and hold an event to drag it. Events can be linked to a client. Subscribe to your Wiro calendar from Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google with a private link, and share a read-only calendar of a client's posts and events with that client. Keyboard shortcuts: T today, J and K to page, M, W, D and A for views, N new event. The phone day view scrolls as one page with a week strip.
  • HomeHome and My Work: your schedule now shows what you add and what syncs from Google, cards and recent activity only show areas you have access to, archived projects no longer count as active or late, tasks you're an extra assignee on count, and the page moves to the new day at midnight. New: a New menu (task, project, schedule, post, invoice, client), Going out today with today's Scheduler posts, an Inbox card that shows clients waiting first, a team workload card and projects at risk for managers, show, hide and pin widgets, and a setup checklist for new agencies. My Work: pick today's tasks, run a timer on a task, add tasks inline, filter by priority or project, see and undo what you finished today, shortcuts J, K, X, P, T and N, and it loads faster. On phones, Add schedule sits near the top and the calendar shows one week. Event reminder notifications work again.
  • FinanceFinance does more of the chasing. Email an invoice to the client straight from Wiro (with the PDF), and turn on payment reminders that go out a few days before and after the due date, paused per invoice or per client. Retainer invoices can repeat monthly, quarterly or yearly, as drafts or sent automatically. Reports adds a VAT return view per quarter with the documents behind each box, profit per client and project (revenue, costs, ad spend and hours), and a corporate tax estimate for the year. Overview now shows everything owed to you, overdue included, with an ageing breakdown, and counts part payments when they arrive.
  • FinanceFinance fixes: members with Finance switched off can no longer see or change invoices, expenses or receipts. Saving a sent invoice no longer turns it back into a draft, editing a VAT-exclusive expense no longer adds 5% each time, credit notes reduce revenue and VAT and never show as overdue, the VAT figures count invoices by issue date, a payment can't exceed what's owed, amounts round to the fils, the simplified tax invoice limit is checked in AED, and deleting an expense removes its receipt. The screens match the rest of Wiro and fit a phone.
  • ClientsClients got a clearer page. A My clients filter and a Needs attention sort (overdue invoices, late deadlines, approvals waiting), with badges and when you last contacted each client. On a client: section tabs, one New menu (document, project, post, ad, note, board), several contacts with a primary and a billing contact, a brand kit (colours, fonts, tone, dos and don'ts, cultural notes), retainer usage for the month, one Client access card for the report, review, socials and portal links, an Influencer campaigns card, and Renew or Extend on the contract.
  • ClientsClients fixes: switching off a member's Clients, Finance or Messages access now really stops them, not just hides the page; only admins and managers can delete a client, and the confirm lists everything that goes with it; the timeline no longer skips items; a client can't be added twice by a retry; invalid tax numbers and emails are refused; status and contract dates read the same on the list and the page.
  • SchedulerScheduler fixes: a post that partly failed no longer publishes twice on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok when it's rescheduled, Publish now can't race the scheduler, restoring an old version or switching the client needs approval again, and dragging a post on the calendar saves the time you see. New: Schedule straight from the composer, Undo after dragging, repeating posts (weekly, every two weeks, monthly), Copy to other clients, UAE holidays and Ramadan on the calendar, and Move to on the board for phones. The page fits a phone better and the old TikTok notice is gone.
  • MessagesX: reconnecting no longer drops instant delivery, and a message in an end-to-end encrypted X chat shows who sent it and when, with a note to open X to read it (X doesn't let any app read those).
  • MessagesConnecting X for messages now brings in your latest conversations straight away, and new DMs arrive through X's webhook once X confirms it (or are checked every few minutes until then). Before, an account could look connected while no messages came in.
  • AppDropdowns with a set width keep long names inside them (they shorten with an ellipsis), so in Social Accounts a long client name no longer covers the Disconnect button, and the row's buttons are one height.
  • AppOn phones, Ads, Influencers and Playbook no longer leave a gap between the top bar and the page title, and the Ads tabs start at the left under the title. Drive, Transfer and Playbook start at the same height as every other page on all screens. The round menu button next to Archive on a project keeps its circle on a phone instead of stretching.
  • MessagesTwo new channels in the Inbox. SMS: connect your own Twilio number (or several) with its Account SID and Auth Token, and texts arrive and are answered like any conversation, with a segment counter under the reply box because Twilio bills per segment (Arabic and emoji fit 70 characters a segment instead of 160), delivery ticks, and photos as MMS to US and Canadian numbers. In the UAE and Saudi Arabia, SMS needs a registered sender ID with Twilio first. X: connect an X account and its direct messages come in here too, with text and photo replies. Connecting X for messages keeps the same account working in the Scheduler. Assignment, notes, saved replies, inbox rules and the client timeline work on both. Neither has been tried on a live account yet.
  • AdsStart an ad from wherever the work already is. Create ad with this on pictures and videos in Drive, and a From Drive button on every picture and video in the ad builder. Boost as ad on a Scheduler post (a post already live on X or Pinterest is boosted as it is). Run as ad on an influencer deliverable (a TikTok post opens as a Spark ad). Create ad on an Ad plan row, which fills in the platform, budget and dates and links the new campaign back to the row so its spend shows. Create ad on a client's page. The builder opens already filled in, with a note saying where it came from. These only show for admins and managers with access to Ads.
  • InfluencersThe Database, Campaigns and Activity tabs, and the List, Grid and Board switch, sit beside the Influencers title, so the filters start higher up.
  • ProjectsProjects and Ads are linked. Create ad on a project opens the ad builder with the project's client picked, the project's name as the campaign name and its deadline as the end date, and the new campaign is tied to the project. The project shows its ads with spend, impressions and clicks and a total, Billing adds ad spend beside invoices and expenses, and Ad plan rows can be tied to a project. Only people who can use the Ads page see any of it, and only admins and managers can create or link ads.
  • AdsConnecting X Ads before X has approved Wiro's Ads API access now says exactly that, instead of X's own error.
  • ProjectsProjects grew up. A Workload view shows each person's open, overdue and due-this-week tasks across every project, busiest first. Views are shareable: the tab, filters, search and layout live in the link, with a Copy link button. The calendar has a week view. Tasks can be edited in bulk (status, owner, due date, delete), have more than one person on them, a start date as well as a due date, and can repeat daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or quarterly (the next one appears when the last is done). Each task has a timer and Add time, and the project's Billing card shows the hours logged, this month, and the effective rate against the budget. Quick add keeps going: press Enter and type the next one, or paste a list. A project links to its Scheduler posts, influencer campaigns and PR campaigns, picked from either side, with a Linked work card on the project that only shows what each person can open.
  • ProjectsProjects can be archived instead of deleted: Archive on a project (or several from the list) hides it from every view, an Archived tab brings them back, and Delete moved into a menu. Every project now shows its health (on track, at risk or overdue) from its deadline and how many tasks are done, with At risk and Overdue tabs. Fixes: a new sign-off link can be sent after a client asks for changes, only admins and managers can approve a review, projects approved by a manager or a client now count as delivered in monthly reports, deliverable files are private (opened through short-lived links) and removed with their project, notes and comments can only be edited by whoever wrote them, deleting a task asks first, saves that fail now say so instead of looking saved, several files from Drive no longer share one label, tasks from team chat keep their order, and the new-project client list can't pick the wrong client with the same name. The pages also match the rest of Wiro: standard tabs, loading placeholders, the gliding highlight on rows, Monday-first calendar, and the task drawer traps focus and returns it when closed.
  • EmailA long list of Email fixes. A reply you send now shows in its conversation straight away (it used to appear only after opening Sent). Archived mail no longer comes back a moment later, and reads and stars no longer flip back. Clicking quickly between messages always ends on the one you clicked last, a conversation never shows another one's messages, and switching folders shows the new folder loading instead of the old folder's mail. Several archives in a row all go through, and E opens the next message at once. Escape in a menu closes only the menu, and keyboard shortcuts keep working after clicking into an email. In the composer: sending while a draft was saving no longer fails with a missing attachment, Undo no longer attaches a Drive file twice, pasted text loses its colours and fonts (no more white text from dark mode), a signature on its own is no longer saved as a draft, and closing during a slow save says it's saving rather than claiming it's saved. Senders like Apple's newsletters now show their logo instead of a grey globe. Also: an email moved into Drafts can no longer run code when opened, changing a mailbox's server now needs its password again, mail deleted on your phone leaves Wiro too, Sent no longer shows two copies on iCloud and similar, the replied mark sticks, a snoozed email always comes back to the inbox, real attachments from Apple Mail no longer hide, new-mail alerts no longer replay old mail after signing in, Yahoo and AOL are offered when connecting, and the browser no longer fills your Wiro password into a mailbox. The page also matches the rest of Wiro now: the standard Inbox and Campaigns switch, loading placeholders in the shape of the inbox instead of a plain Loading line, and the sidebar's gliding highlight on messages and folders.
  • AdsSnapchat campaigns sync again for accounts where Snapchat refused the reach and frequency numbers: the sync now carries on without those two instead of bringing in nothing, and when Snapchat does refuse something, the Ads page shows Snapchat's actual reason.
  • AdsX vertical video ads: a full-screen 9:16 video in X's video feed (the Video tab, swiped like Reels), with X's own Visit website button and a headline beside it. Choose video views, website visits or reach. The free Ad mockup tool gets an X vertical video screen too, with the right rail, the fading overlay and the button, and X video ads can now aim for video views.
  • AdsPinterest Ads joins the Ads page. Connect it (sign in, then pick which ad accounts and which client each is for) and its campaigns sync in with spend, impressions and outbound clicks beside the other platforms, in the Ad plan and in client reports. Create ad makes Pinterest ads too, created paused: a standard Pin, a video Pin, a carousel of 2 to 5 pictures, or Pins the account already made. New Pins go on a protected board by default (Wiro makes one if needed), so they run as ads without showing on the profile. Target by country, age, gender and Pinterest's interests, in the home feed, search or everywhere, with automatic bidding or a most-per-click you set, and the Pinterest home feed and close-up as the preview. Waiting on Pinterest to give Wiro's app Standard access before it can be connected.
  • AdsCreate ad makes ChatGPT ads. A chat card (a square picture, a title, a line of text and your link) shows under ChatGPT's answers in conversations it fits, matched from context hints: plain descriptions of what's on offer. Choose website visits, sales or sign-ups (from the client's ChatGPT conversion tracking) or reach; let OpenAI set the bids or set your own; pick countries and the ChatGPT apps or web. Up to five versions, created with the campaign paused.
  • AdsMore kinds of LinkedIn and X ad. LinkedIn: video, carousels of 2 to 10 cards, documents (a PDF people page through in the feed), text ads in the right column, Spotlight ads with the viewer's own photo, and follower ads for the Company Page, the last three on a bid you set. X: video, carousels of 2 to 6 pictures, text-only posts, boosting posts the account already made, and follower ads for the account itself, plus keyword targeting and choosing where on X (timeline, search, profiles, replies).
  • AdsLinkedIn Ads and X Ads join the Ads page. Connect either one (sign in, then pick which ad accounts and which client each is for) and its campaigns sync in with spend, impressions and clicks beside the other platforms, in the Ad plan and in client reports. Create ad makes both too, created paused. LinkedIn: a single image ad in the feed, run as the ad account's Company Page, for website visits or brand awareness, targeted by country, age, gender, job function and seniority, with the LinkedIn feed preview on a phone and a desktop. X: promoted posts with a picture, as a website card for visits or a plain post for reach, targeted by country, age, gender and interests, posted as the ad account's X account but only as ads. Both take up to five versions. Waiting on LinkedIn and X to approve Wiro's ads access before they can be connected.
  • AdsCreate ad now makes Snapchat ads too. A Snap Ad is a full-screen picture or video between Stories, in Spotlight and in Discover: choose website visits (people swipe up to your site, with the button you pick) or reach, the Public Profile it runs as, the budget and dates, countries, ages, gender and Snapchat's own interest groups, and automatic or hand-picked places. Pictures are cut to Snapchat's 1080 × 1920 for you. Up to five versions, each its own ad, with the Ad mockup's Snap Ad as the preview. Like the others, it's created paused.
  • AdsMore of Google in Create ad. Performance Max is a fourth type: one campaign across Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, Discover and Maps, made from your headlines, pictures, logo and optional videos. YouTube ads can now be a picture ad or a swipeable carousel (2 to 10 cards, each with its own link) as well as a video. Search ads take extras under the ad: sitelinks, callouts, a snippet listing your services and a call button, all in the preview. Every Google type lets you choose how Google bids (Maximize clicks, Maximize conversions, a target cost per conversion, or Manual CPC with your own most per click) and when the ads run, by day and hour. Everything is still created paused.
  • InfluencersThe Platform column shows every account a creator has (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat), not only the main one, and each icon opens that profile. The platform filter finds a creator under every platform they're on too, so filtering by TikTok includes Instagram creators who also have a TikTok.
  • AppPhone fixes: the Ads and Finance pages no longer slide sideways (the Ads controls row, the spend-by-campaign rows and the Finance tabs were wider than the screen; they now fit or scroll on their own). The round New button in Drive keeps its whole shadow, and a project's status steps scroll without a scrollbar.
  • AdsMore kinds of Meta ad. Video ads and carousels (2 to 10 cards, each a picture or video with its own headline and link) join picture ads. A new Messages goal makes click-to-message ads that open a WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram chat. With places chosen by hand, pick the spots too: Feeds, Stories, Reels, Explore, Search, Marketplace or in-stream video, and the previews follow. Ads now run exactly as made by default, with Meta's automatic touch-ups (crops, templates, rewritten text) off, and one switch to let Meta touch them up. The Performance, Ad plan and Create ad tabs moved up beside the logos.
  • AdsMore kinds of TikTok ad. Spark Ads boost a real TikTok post, the brand's or a creator's, with its likes and comments: paste the post's Spark code and Wiro links it to the ad account and shows the post. Carousels take 2 to 20 pictures, cut to one shape, with music from TikTok's library. Image ads run on TikTok's ad network and other apps. Choose where TikTok ads show (TikTok, Pangle, TikTok's other apps, or automatic) and whether they also appear in TikTok search.
  • AdsCreate ad is now its own tab on the Ads page, beside Performance and Ad plan: the whole page wide, the preview beside the form, and the buttons on a bar that stays in reach as you scroll. Meta ads can run on Threads: pick where an ad shows (automatic, or Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger, Audience Network), with a Threads feed preview, also added to the free Ad mockup tool. A campaign's detail now shows where it ran, how much of its spend went to each of Facebook, Instagram, Threads and the rest. The platform logos sit beside the Ads title.
  • AdsGoogle ads beyond search. Create ad's Google option now has three types: Search, Display (picture ads across the Google Display Network) and YouTube (video ads in-stream, in-feed and on Shorts, with Discover and Gmail if you want them). Pictures are cut to Google's shapes for you; a YouTube ad takes the video's link. Each has its own preview, from the Ad mockup tool's Google banners and YouTube screens, and versions to test. Search ads can now also show on the Display Network with one switch. Everything is created paused.
  • AdsInterests and A/B tests in Create ad. Narrow a Meta ad to people interested in fitness, luxury travel or anything Meta knows, with Meta's own estimate of the audience size as you choose; TikTok ads use TikTok's interest list; Google ads take negative keywords, the searches they must never show for. Add up to five versions of an ad (three on Google), each with its own picture or video and text, made as separate ads in the same campaign so the platform can learn which works. Then open the campaign's detail: Versions compared shows them side by side, names the winner once the gap is big enough to trust (and says when it's still too early), and on Meta pauses the others in one step.
  • AdsCreate ad now makes Google and TikTok ads too. Google: a Search campaign with your headlines, descriptions and keywords, for the countries and languages you pick, with a search-result preview as you write. TikTok: a video ad for the For You feed, with the name it shows as, the audience, budget and dates, and TikTok's own preview. Like Meta ads, both are created paused, so nothing spends until you turn them on. Switching platform in the builder is now instant. The privacy policy explains what's sent to each.
  • wiro.aeOn phones and tablets held upright, the home page's window shows Pegasus, the clouds and the mountains from the very first moment: a small still of the view (22KB) arrives with the first picture and stays until the moving scene is ready, then hands over without a jump. The intro's mountains picture is also half the size it was.
  • wiro.aeOn phones, the home page's window shows its view again (sky, clouds, mountains and Pegasus) as soon as the page has loaded, without having to scroll or touch first. The first picture still appears straight away.
  • Creatorscreator.wiro.ae now speaks to creators everywhere, not only in the Gulf: a new page title ("Wiro Creators: get discovered and booked by agencies") for search results and link previews, and the page copy no longer limits who can join.
  • AppOn phones, Drive and Transfers share one New button: round, with a plain plus, in the bottom-right corner. The Ads header is tidier too: the title sits at the same height as every other page, the platform logos go under it, and the filters and buttons under those.
  • InfluencersFollowers and engagement now cover every account a creator has. Refresh reads their Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, not only the main one; the list, grid and board add the followers up (hover to see each platform) and average the engagement by each account's size. Filter by a platform and the columns, sorting and size bands switch to that platform's own numbers. Board cards now show each creator's photo too.
  • InfluencersThe Influencers list no longer reorders itself. Creators imported together all had the same added time, so they swapped places every time the page refreshed; they now keep one fixed order (by name within the same moment) in every sort. Follower counts in the list and reports read as 1.9M instead of 1882000, and on phones the grid shows two covers side by side.
  • InfluencersThe Influencers grid is now a wall of magazine covers: each creator's photo fills the card with their name set large over it, their stage and platform across the top and their rate as a tag, with followers, engagement, niches and when they were last checked underneath. Creators without a photo get a coloured cover with their initials. The Board view is fixed too: columns no longer spill into each other, follower counts read as 1.9M instead of 1882000, and no creator goes missing from it.
  • InfluencersNiches typed as one long line now show as separate tags. Wiro reads spaces, Arabic commas, bullets and "&" as separators and recognises common niches, so "Beauty Skincare Fashion Fragrance / Perfume" becomes Beauty, Skincare, Fashion and Fragrance / Perfume, in the Influencers list, profiles, reports, filters and the Creator Network. What was typed is kept as it is.
  • InfluencersIn the Creator Network's Niche and Location filters, the search box stays solid at the top of the list; the options no longer show through it as you scroll.
  • AppRows of separate pills (filters, choices in a form) no longer have the gliding highlight; each pill just shows its own state. The glide stays where it belongs: tabs, the sidebar and other connected bars.
  • wiro.aeThe privacy policy now explains managing ads from Wiro (pausing, resuming, budgets and creating Meta ads, who can, and the record kept) and has a section on how to delete your data, linked straight from wiro.ae/privacy#data-deletion. It now names the company that runs Wiro and says where its servers and database are.
  • AdsCreate ad: build a Meta ad (Facebook and Instagram) without leaving Wiro. Pick the client, ad account and Page, the goal (website visits or reach), daily budget and dates, countries, ages and gender, then the picture, text, headline, button and link. The preview beside it is the Ad mockup's own: Instagram feed, Stories and Reels and Facebook feed, Stories and Reels, updated as you write. It's created paused, so nothing spends until you turn it on. Snapchat, TikTok and Google are next. The Ads toolbar is tidier too: Create ad has a plus icon, and Sync and Export are round icon buttons (hover to see what each does).
  • AdsPause, resume and change budgets on live Meta and Snapchat ads from Wiro. Open a campaign (or a Meta ad set or ad) from the Ads table: Pause and Resume sit next to its status, and Change budget sits under its figures, with a check before anything starts spending. Admins and managers can make changes, and every change is logged.
  • AdsThe Ads page drops the last of the old gold: when each platform last synced shows as tidy chips above the totals (pink when out of date), Google Ads is drawn in Wiro yellow, and notices, the snooze bar, the "with no client" filter and Ad plan's pending status use the new colours.
  • AdsIn Ad Accounts, each connected account has a client picker, so you can change which client it's for (or make it shared) without disconnecting and signing in again. If that client already has an account for the platform, Wiro asks before replacing it.
  • MessagesTwo new tabs, Comments and Reviews, show what's coming: replying to comments on your clients' Instagram, Facebook and TikTok posts, and to their Google reviews, without leaving Wiro. On a phone, the Messages tabs now sit on their own row so all five fit.
  • MessagesTikTok, LinkedIn, X and Twilio SMS are now listed with your channels, marked coming soon, and channels that aren't ready yet say Coming soon instead of showing a faded Connect button.
  • InfluencersIn the Creator Network, the creator you open stays highlighted in the list. Clicking one used to leave its row blank, with the name and details invisible. Scrolling the list now stops at its end instead of moving the whole page.
  • wiro.aeThe home page opens much faster on phones. The opening office scene shows as soon as the page arrives and starts moving once you scroll or touch, the pictures further down load as you get to them, the product demo loads when you reach it, and the site icon and picture frames are a fraction of their old size.
  • SecurityPR coverage screenshots, link previews and publisher logos can only reach the public internet. Every address is checked at the moment Wiro connects to it, every redirect included, and the screenshot browser loads everything (images, scripts, frames, live connections) through a guard that refuses private and internal addresses. A link can no longer point Wiro at its own servers.
  • Creatorscreator.wiro.ae has a new look, laid out like a fashion magazine: a cover with the Wiro flower in CREATORS, a contents page of what creators get, a look at a sample creator page on a laptop and a phone, the steps as a photo spread, and a footer with the free tools for creators. Joining, signing in and the sign-in checks share the look: a magazine cover beside the form. Links to creator.wiro.ae now show their own preview card. The cover now plays a short looping film of five creators with film grain, framed separately for phones and wide screens, and stays still for anyone who prefers reduced motion.
  • FinanceA receipt keeps the number and date it was issued with. Receipt on a paid invoice now opens the receipt already made for that payment instead of starting a new one with today's date, and a new receipt is dated the day the money arrived.
  • ToolsThe Tools drawer now opens across the whole work area, from the sidebar to the right edge, with every tool in a three-column grid and a short demo of each playing in your theme. All the free tools from wiro.ae are in it, from the creator checks and rate calculator to the UTM builder, QR codes, captions, image resizer and press releases, beside the media and PDF tools.
  • ToolsTools work with the rest of Wiro: start a PDF tool from a Drive file or straight from a Finance invoice (to sign it, for example), start a creator check from your influencer list, and send what a tool makes on: into a new post, an email, an expense receipt or Drive. A creator you check can be added to Influencers, and an article you check can be logged as PR coverage.
  • wiro.aeA week-by-week Ramadan 2027 content calendar for UAE brands, with the expected dates and a plan for both possible Eid days, a round-up of the changes that mattered to Gulf agencies in 2026 so far, and how to raise prices with existing clients without losing them.
  • wiro.aeFour new guides for agency owners: what a healthy profit margin looks like and where it leaks, how to price a social media audit or strategy project, how to say no to a client without losing the account, and whether time tracking is worth it.
  • wiro.aeFour new guides for creators, up to date for October 2026: what to charge for UGC in the UAE, how to reply to a brand brief, the contract clauses to check before signing, and how to invoice a brand or agency, with the advertiser permit, VAT and corporate tax points.
  • wiro.aeEight new how-to guides with screenshots of every step: sending your first invoice, scheduling a month of posts, client approvals, PR coverage reports, finding and inviting creators, running an influencer campaign from brief to report, sending large files with Transfer, and setting up your agency workspace.
  • CreatorsA creator's work wall is calm now: each piece shows as a still cover at its real shape (reels and TikToks tall, photos as uploaded), marked video or photo with its platform and caption, and plays right where it sits when clicked, with a single play button. TikTok and YouTube posts play on the page; Instagram posts open on Instagram, where visitors also see the likes and comments.
  • FinanceAn invoice line's description now wraps and grows as you type, so you can read all of it instead of the first few words.
  • FinanceEvery option under Send invoice now saves the invoice first, Download PDF included, so an invoice you download and send shows under Sent and on the client's account. Save draft is now just Save, and Bank & extras has fields for the account number and account type, printed on the invoice.
  • wiro.aeA step-by-step creator guide with screenshots of every Studio screen: signing up, the profile, the page cover, connecting accounts, rates, brands, the work wall, the media kit and visibility. Articles can now carry screenshots.
  • wiro.aeA new guide for creators: how to build a creator page that gets you booked, in six steps, from the cover photo to private rates and a media kit.
  • InfluencersOn a phone, the Creator Network shows two creators a row, and a creator's profile opens with their photo across the full width.
  • InfluencersThe creator list beside a profile now glides like the sidebar: a soft highlight follows your pointer from row to row, and the black highlight slides to the creator you open.
  • InfluencersAdd creators from the Creator Network to your influencer list in bulk: tick them on the grid or in the list, then Add to my list. Creators already on your list are never added twice.
  • InfluencersA creator's profile in the Creator Network opens with a small magazine cover beside their name: their photo in portrait, with their first name across it, and their total reach beside it. The highlight in the creator list now reaches the right edge, with the rate and tick box showing even when another creator has a long name.
  • InfluencersIn the Creator Network, a creator's photo fills their card, and picking a creator from the list no longer makes the highlight jump.
  • CreatorsCreator pages have a media wall: your photos, your own video clips and your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube posts, played right on the page. Paste a post's link in Studio, Profile and Wiro fetches it for you, share links included. Add your media kit as a PDF for agencies to view or download, and your platforms now show as cards with your checked numbers.
  • PREstimated reach is steadier and fairer: it never drops when an article leaves the homepage, new articles are checked again after 1 and 6 hours, publishing rates come from real publish dates, and the known views you enter tune the estimates more reliably. Each estimate now shows what it used (traffic rank, authority, articles per day, placement) and why its confidence is what it is, and you can add a publication's real monthly visits or ask Wiro to re-read a publication.
  • PRCoverage screenshots now visit news sites as WiroReachBot, which Cloudflare lists as a verified bot, so sites behind Cloudflare show the article instead of a security check, and fewer screenshots fail.
  • PRThe Reach bot is a better guest: it respects robots.txt more strictly, slows down when a site asks it to, skips sites that block bots, and reads Arabic sites that use older character sets correctly.
  • PRFixes across PR: editing coverage no longer marks it Positive or turns 1,000,000 into 1, Edit keeps a fresh screenshot, the detail view never shows another publication's figures, dates stay on the right UAE day, failed saves and deletes now say so, and Select all covers everything your filters show. Members with PR switched off can no longer use the PR tools.
  • Early accessVIP passes for the founding 50 agencies: each gets a personal page, made like a magazine cover, that plays Wiro live (now including Drive and the new Creator Network) and takes a short application. Their answers, a confirmation in the same style and the waitlist entry follow automatically.
  • Sign-upReady for launch: once sign-up opens, the pricing page's buttons start an account with that plan, and a new agency confirms its email, sets up the workspace, then picks a plan and pays on the same onboarding card before entering. Founding agencies enter their code at checkout. Agencies invited before launch are unaffected.
  • CreatorsThe name across a creator's cover now sizes itself to fit, so long or wide names are never cut off and short ones fill the cover. On a dark photo, such as a studio backdrop, the name, cover line and logo turn cream so they stay readable.
  • InfluencersIn the Creator Network, a creator's profile opens at the top even when you scrolled down the grid, and Back to grid returns you to where you were.
  • CreatorsOn a laptop, a creator page now shows the cover as a tall card on the left that stays in place, with name, numbers, where they're based, languages and brands beside it, and their story, work and press as you scroll. Brands typed into one box show as separate brands.
  • InfluencersThe Creator Network is its own page now: browse creators as photo cards with their starting rate, then pick one to see the list and their full profile side by side (numbers checked from their connected accounts, recent work, rate card, brands, contact and a campaign invite).
  • CreatorsCreator pages read like a magazine: your first name across your cover photo, your biggest number and total reach, one line in your own words, then your story, numbers, selected work with brand captions, brands and press. Add a cover photo, your line and photos for your featured work in Studio, Profile.
  • InfluencersThe Creator Network scrolls smoothly again, even with the pointer over a creator's name or tags, and loads creators as you scroll. New filters for platform, niche, followers (nano to mega), location and rate, plus sorting by followers or rate. Each card shows the creator's lowest rate in dirhams.
  • DesignScrolling anywhere in Wiro catches up with your mouse wheel about twice as fast, and windows scroll on their own without moving the page behind them.
  • TransferThe transfer list shows each transfer's first picture in a taller row, and its buttons match the rest of Wiro.
  • EmailSignatures, properly: build one from your name, role, contacts, social links, a logo or photo, a colour and a layout, with a live preview, or write your own with pictures. Images are uploaded and linked, so every mail app shows them. You can also keep the signature off replies and forwards.
  • DriveUse in Wiro: from any file in Drive, create a post with it, email it, send it in Messages, make a Transfer link without uploading again, or add it to a Mind board, a Playbook board, a campaign brief, a project or a new expense. A folder can be sent as one Transfer link or linked to a project, whose page then opens it.
  • DriveSave to Drive on photos and files in Messages and on email attachments, into the folder you pick.
  • DriveEach client's folder fills itself: published post media, approved creator drafts, coverage screenshots, receipts, sent invoices (as PDFs) and shared monthly reports (as PDFs) are filed in it within minutes, and every new project gets a folder. Turn it off in Drive settings.
  • InfluencersCampaign briefs can carry files (mood boards, product shots, guidelines) added from Drive; creators open them from their page.
  • EmailConnecting a mailbox now has a Cancel button, and Gmail and Outlook show as coming soon instead of failing to sign in.
  • DesignWindows with tabs (Scheduler settings, Inbox settings, email signatures) no longer jump in size when you switch tabs: the window eases to the new height and the tab rises in. Inbox settings' tabs now match the rest of the app.
  • DesignTabs in Scheduler settings match the rest of the app, every menu uses the same solid three dots, and the labels on the dashboard's coloured cards are easier to read.
  • WebsiteThe home page opens faster: the office and window appear as soon as their pictures arrive instead of after a black screen, only the photo for your screen's shape is downloaded, and the rest of the scene loads after the first frame. The intro's pictures are about 40% lighter.
  • BillingPlan changes show the exact amount before you confirm. Upgrades start straight away and charge only the difference; downgrades switch at your next renewal, so nothing is paid twice. Extra seats follow your team automatically, and the invite window says when a new person adds a seat.
  • BillingCancelling: a monthly plan keeps working to the end of the month you paid for. A yearly plan can be cancelled with a full refund within 14 days of any yearly payment, and admins get a reminder 7 days before a yearly plan renews. Refunds show on the invoice.
  • BillingWhen a plan ends, Wiro turns read-only instead of switching off: everyone can still sign in, open and download everything, scheduled posts wait, and choosing a plan picks up where you left off. Data is kept for 90 days, with emails 30, 7 and 1 day before it's deleted.
  • SettingsExport all data: admins can download the whole workspace (clients, projects, invoices, posts, contacts, messages, influencers, PR and more) as spreadsheets in one ZIP from Settings, Billing, any time, including while read-only. Passwords and connection keys are never included.
  • BillingPaying for Wiro happens inside Wiro. Checkout, saving and changing cards, invoices (downloaded as Wiro-designed PDFs), cancelling and paying a failed renewal all happen in Settings, Billing, with the card form built into the page. If a bank asks you to approve a payment, its check opens over Wiro instead of sending you elsewhere.
  • InfluencersCampaigns open into one workspace with Overview, Creators, Deliverables and Client tabs. Each campaign has its own currency, a brief (about, key messages, dos and don'ts, hashtags, links), and spend that adds itself up from the creators' fees against the budget.
  • InfluencersCreators send drafts for approval. Each creator on a campaign can get a private link showing the brief and their deliverables, where they upload drafts. Your team, or the client in their portal, approves them or asks for changes, and everyone involved is told. Deliverables have due dates, with reminders the day before and when they're overdue, and a board view from planned to posted.
  • InfluencersFor the client: send a shortlist link where they approve or decline each creator (public numbers only, no contact details or notes), add the approved ones to the campaign in one click, share a live campaign report they can save as a PDF, and show campaigns in their portal.
  • InfluencersMoney per creator: agreed, invoiced or paid, with the invoice attached and an Add to Finance button that records the payment as an expense.
  • InfluencersFinding creators: filter by follower and engagement ranges, maximum rate and country; edit your agency's niche list; select creators to tag, change their stage, export to CSV or send to a client for approval; and a pipeline board you drag creators across. Each profile shows past collaborations with results and cost per engagement.
  • InfluencersOutreach: message a creator by email or WhatsApp from saved templates that fill in their name and the campaign, and every message is logged on their profile. New creators default to your agency's country, and tablets show the creator cards instead of a cramped table.
  • DesignIn dialogs that open with a soft zoom, like Scheduler settings, the selected tab's highlight now sits exactly on the tab instead of slightly off to one side.
  • SchedulerApprovals you can rely on. In Scheduler settings, Approvals, turn on "Posts need approval" for a client: their posts can't be scheduled or published until an admin, a manager or the client approves them, and editing an approved post sends it back for approval. Only admins and managers approve. A post sent back for changes now pings the approvers again when it's resubmitted, which it didn't before.
  • SchedulerYou're told when it matters: when your post is approved, when a client approves one or asks for changes through their review link, when a post fails to publish, and when a post is assigned to you. Each opens the post itself.
  • SchedulerNumbers after publishing. YouTube posts show views, likes and comments in the post's details, refreshed a few times a day for 30 days, and Threads does the same for accounts that allow insights. LinkedIn keeps its Page stats. These numbers now fill in the Posts section of client reports instead of showing "not synced". Instagram and Facebook follow once Meta approves Wiro.
  • SchedulerCampaigns. Group posts into a campaign like a launch or Ramadan, with a colour that shows on the calendar, the board and the feed, and a Campaign filter (saved views remember it).
  • SchedulerAssignees. Give a post to the person writing it; they're told, it shows on the board and in the post's details, and the Owner filter finds posts by who made them or who has them.
  • SchedulerPosting times and Add to queue. Set each client's usual posting times in Scheduler settings, and the composer offers the next free one. It also suggests good times for the platforms you picked, from typical Gulf activity, and a click fills in the date and time.
  • SchedulerFaster writing: saved hashtag groups and caption templates the whole team can drop into a post, a character count for every platform you're posting to (Instagram's 30-hashtag limit included), a description for each image (sent to X and LinkedIn), and link tracking that tags each platform's links for analytics while the caption you see stays clean.
  • SchedulerNothing gets lost. The composer keeps unsaved work in your browser and offers it back if the tab closed; deleting posts can be undone straight after; and every post keeps a version history, so what it said before a client's changes can be seen and restored.
  • SchedulerFailed posts have a Retry button, the board has an Ideas column for drafts with no date yet and wraps into rows on tablets, and a client's review link can be copied straight from a post or from Scheduler settings.
  • InfluencersThe Creator Network window fits on every screen. A creator who typed all their niches on one line no longer stretches their card off the side: the list stays put on desktop, tablet and phone, and long niches end neatly. Creators are also asked to separate their niches with commas, so each shows as its own tag.
  • DriveOpening a folder no longer makes its contents bounce in. Files and folders just appear.
  • DesignMenus and dropdowns now hover like the sidebar: one soft highlight glides from row to row as you move down a menu, instead of each row lighting up and switching off. Rows you can't pick stay unlit.
  • ClientsEach client's page has a full Timeline: conversations on every channel (grouped by day), your emails and meetings with them, notes, invoices and proposals, projects and approvals, what happened in their Drive folders (uploads, comments, their approvals and downloads), transfers, reports, coverage, influencer posts and mentions. Filter it to Conversations, Work, Money or Social and PR, and scroll back as far as it goes. Everything is read from the records themselves, and each person only sees what their own pages allow.
  • MessagesWhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are ready for everyday use, waiting only on Meta's approval to switch on. Photos, videos, voice notes and files that clients send now show in the thread (kept in Wiro, so they don't vanish when Meta's links expire), and you can send them back on all three. Messages show when they were delivered and read, or why they weren't. Messenger and Instagram contacts appear by name with their photo, and reactions show on the message they're for. The Inbox explains each platform's reply window before you type: after 24 hours WhatsApp only allows an approved template, which you can now pick, fill in and preview from the Inbox; Messenger and Instagram let your team reply for up to 7 days.
  • MessagesWebsite chat. Make a chat bubble in Inbox settings, paste one line on your website or a client's, and visitors' messages arrive in the Inbox like any channel, with your rules and away message. Pick its colour, title and first message, limit it to your own sites, and link it to a client so their chats land on their record. Visitors can leave an email, and if they've gone by the time you reply, the reply is emailed to them. Try it from Inbox settings before it goes live.
  • MessagesInbox rules, written by you and followed in order (no AI). Inbox settings, a button at the top of Messages: send new conversations to the right person by channel, client or words in the message, share out everything else in turn, set business hours with an away message, get a reminder when a client has waited too long for a reply, and resolve or close quiet conversations on their own. The list now shows how long each client has been waiting.
  • SecurityPlaybook now works like Drive behind the scenes: books, boards, colours, fonts and covers are read and changed only through Wiro's servers, which check your workspace on every request. Nothing in Playbook can be reached from the browser directly any more.
  • TransferThe preview pictures on a transfer's download page are now stored encrypted, like Drive's. Older transfers are encrypted automatically over the next day.
  • PlaybookPlaybook's files now live in Drive. Each book has a folder in Drive (a client's book is their Brand kit; others go in a Playbooks folder), and each Files board is a folder inside it. Upload on a board or into the folder in Drive and it shows in both; a folder added in Drive becomes a board; font files dropped anywhere in the book appear on its Fonts board. Files now get everything Drive has (versions, previews for design files, search inside documents, private folders), count toward your storage, and can be up to 20 GB. Deleting a file or board moves it to Drive's trash, where it can be restored. Existing Playbook files are moved over automatically.
  • ClientsA client's Files card now shows their brand kit from Playbook: their colours, fonts and logos at a glance, with Open in Playbook, Open in Drive and Show in their portal. Setting up a brand kit makes the Playbook book (with Logos, Colours, Fonts and Guidelines boards) and its folder in one go.
  • PortalA brand kit shared into a client's portal opens like a brand book: their colours (tap one to copy its code, with the Pantone where you added it) and fonts set in themselves, above the logos and guidelines to download.
  • SecurityDrive keeps less in readable form. Preview pictures and the text read out of documents for search are now stored encrypted in Wiro's database, with search working from a word list that can't be read back as the document. Files in private folders are never read for search at all, and what was read is deleted when a folder is made private. Download links now stop working after 5 minutes instead of 15.
  • DrivePrivate folders. Choose Who can see this on a folder and pick "Only the people you choose": everything in it, including what's added later, is hidden from everyone else on the team (admins always see it). Links and client portal shares you've made keep working. Private folders show a lock.
  • DriveKnow when a client looked. The Share dialog shows how often each link and each client's portal share has been opened, and when last; the Shared view adds "opened 16 Oct"; a file's Activity shows who opened it; and whoever shared it is told in the bell the first time it's opened. Repeat visits within half an hour count once.
  • Drive@mention a teammate in a file's comments to tell them in the bell. Only people who can see the file are offered, and clients never see who was tagged.
  • DriveSeveral approvers. When you ask for approval, name who has to approve ("Brand manager", "Legal"), optionally in order. Each one approves as themselves, the file shows who's done and who's still waiting, and it reads Approved once everyone has. Asking for changes, by anyone, sends it back.
  • DriveVersion notes. Uploading a new version asks what changed ("bigger logo, new tagline"). The note shows in Versions, beside the comments, in Compare, and to the client reviewing it.
  • DriveFolder templates. Creating a client's folder from their page now lays it out with your usual folders (Briefs, Assets, Drafts, Final and a Brand kit to start). Admins change the list in Drive settings, under the storage meter, which also holds how long the trash keeps things.
  • DriveSearch inside files. Drive's search finds PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and text files by the words in them, not only their names, and shows the line that matched. This switches on once the Drive worker is set up for Wiro, and older files are read a few at a time.
  • DriveRename many at once. Select files and folders and choose Rename: number them in order ("Emaar_Launch_01.jpg" onwards), find and replace part of the names, or add text before or after. Every new name is shown before anything changes, and extensions are kept.
  • DriveCompare versions. A file with more than one version has a Compare button in its preview (and in the details panel): pick any two versions and see them side by side, or lay pictures over each other and drag a slider to wipe between them. Videos play together. Clients reviewing through a link or their portal can compare too.
  • DriveApproval deadlines. When you ask for approval you can set an "approve by" date. The client sees it on the file; Drive shows "Due tomorrow" or "Overdue" beside it; and whoever asked is told in the bell the day before if there's still no answer, and again once the date passes. Change or clear the date while it's waiting.
  • DriveWatermarks. Turn on Watermark for a link or for a client in the Share dialog and every preview shows your workspace's name across it, on pictures, videos and PDFs, and downloads switch off so the clean file isn't handed out. Good for work that hasn't been paid for yet.
  • DriveLabels. Mark files Draft, In progress, Final or Archive from their menu (Label), filter by label, and see the label beside each file. Labels are the team's own; a client's approval still shows separately.
  • DriveNew Storage view (in Drive's sidebar, or See what's using space under the meter): your largest files counting every version, files that look like copies (same name and size), earlier versions you can clear in one go, and what's in the trash.
  • DriveUploads carry on after a dropped connection. If the Wi-Fi drops, an upload waits for it to come back instead of failing. If the tab closes, Drive lists what didn't finish; pick the same file again and it continues from where it stopped, for up to a day.
  • DrivePictures of design and camera files. PSD, Illustrator, EPS, TIFF and camera RAW files get a preview made in the background, so they show in lists and open like any picture. Downloading still gives the original. This switches on once the Drive worker is set up for Wiro.
  • DriveBrand kits. Each client's Files card can set up a brand kit: a folder for their logos, fonts and guidelines, pinned at the top of their folder in Drive and, with one click, shared into their portal with downloads on. Any folder straight inside a client's folder can be made their brand kit.
  • DriveAdmins can choose how long the trash keeps things (7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days) from the Trash view. Arrow keys now move through files and folders (Shift to select several), and Space opens the selected file.
  • SchedulerAdd from Drive has an Approved tab, listing the files clients have approved, newest first, so the version that was signed off is the one that gets posted.
  • ReportsClient reports have a new Work approved section: the files the client approved that month in Drive, with pictures, who approved each and which version. It's on by default and skipped when nothing was approved.
  • LegalUpdated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and pricing page. The terms now cover early access (workspaces by invitation, free during the beta), when Wiro may suspend or close an account and what happens to its data, Drive storage and sharing, and how plans, seats and storage packs are billed. The privacy policy now covers Drive files, shared links and file requests, read-only Dropbox and OneDrive imports, video previews, and payments through Stripe. The pricing page answers what happens when storage runs out, a payment fails, or you cancel.
  • DriveImport from Dropbox and OneDrive (including SharePoint libraries you can open). Choose Import from Dropbox or OneDrive in Drive's New menu, connect with read-only access (Wiro never changes anything there), tick folders and files, and they copy into the folder you have open, keeping their folder structure. Copying happens in the background, file by file, with progress in the corner of Drive and a Stop button. This switches on once the import service is set up for Wiro.
  • DriveVideos in camera formats browsers can't play (ProRes, HEVC, MKV and similar) get a 720p copy that plays in the preview, on shared links and in the portal, made in the background a few minutes after upload. Downloading always gives you the original, untouched. This switches on once the video service is set up for Wiro.
  • BillingSettings, Billing now shows your plan and how much Drive storage you've used. Paid plans, extra seats and 1 TB storage packs (through Stripe, with a card portal for invoices) are built and open after the beta; until then every workspace keeps the Agency plan for free.
  • DriveFile requests. Choose Request files on a folder to get a link that only takes files in: whoever opens it sees your note ("the logo files and brand guide, by Thursday"), gives their name and drops in files, and never sees what's in the folder. What they send lands in an "Uploads from" folder named after them, and you're told in the bell. Set it to expire, or turn it off when you have what you need.
  • DriveAdd files from Drive without downloading them first: Add from Drive in the Scheduler's post composer (images and video), From Drive next to Attach when writing an email, and From Drive on a project's deliverables. Pick from My Drive, Recent or a search, and each place's own size and type limits still apply.
  • DriveStorage warnings. When Drive passes 80% of its space, and again when it's full, admins get an email and everyone gets a line in the bell, once per level, and Drive shows a banner with a shortcut to the trash. When it's full, uploads pause until there's room. Once you've cleared space, you'll be told again if it fills up later.
  • DriveFile versions. Choose Upload new version in a file's menu, or in its details panel, to replace a file while keeping its name, place, comments and shares. Earlier versions stay listed under Versions in the details panel, where you can download any of them (saved as "name (v2)"), make an earlier one current again, or delete old ones to free space. A file waiting for approval, approved, or sent back for changes goes back to waiting for approval when a new version arrives, and comments show which version they were written on.
  • DriveNew Shared view in Drive's sidebar: everything with a live link or shared into a client's portal, with a Shared with column ("Link (until 23 Oct), Emaar"), so nothing stays shared by accident.
  • ClientsEach client's page has a Files card. Create their folder in Drive from there with one click; after that the card shows the newest files in it (with their approval state) and opens the folder or any file in Drive. Client folders are marked Client in Drive.
  • DriveClients can now send you files. Turn on Allow uploads when you share a folder by link, or Upload for a client in their portal, and they get an Upload files button (or drop files onto the page). What they send lands in an "Uploads from" folder named after them inside the shared folder, uses your storage, and you're told in the bell, once per batch rather than once per file.
  • DriveNew: Activity, at the bottom of the details panel. Every file and folder shows its history: who uploaded, renamed, moved, trashed or restored it, who shared it and with which client, comments and approvals, and when a client or someone with the link downloaded it. A folder's Activity also shows what happened to the things directly inside it.
  • DriveComments and client approval on Drive files. Open any file to see a comments column beside it: pin a comment to a spot on an image, or comment at a moment of a video or audio file and click it later to jump there. Reply, resolve, and mark a comment Team only so clients never see it. Press Ask for approval and the clients you shared the file with can Approve it or Request changes (saying what should change), from their portal or the link, and you're told in the bell. Turn comments on for a link, or per client, in the Share dialog. Files show their approval state and open comments in Drive and on shared pages.
  • DriveShare any file or folder from Drive: choose Share in its menu. Create a link that works for anyone, no Wiro account needed, and decide whether they can download or only view, add a password, and set it to expire after a day, a week or a month. Turn the link off and it stops working straight away. Or share it into a client's portal, where it appears under Files with previews and downloads. A shared folder shows everything inside it, including what you add later. Shared items show a link mark in Drive.
  • CreatorsA creator who taps Confirm my email in their sign-up email, instead of typing the code, now lands in their studio on creator.wiro.ae already signed in. Before, the link opened on the main site and they had to sign in again on the creator site.
  • CreatorsThe page-not-found screen on wiro.ae and creator.wiro.ae no longer offers a dashboard button (it led creators to the agency sign-in); creators get their studio and creator home instead. Anyone who reaches agency setup without an invite is told that creators join at creator.wiro.ae.
  • SecurityWiro now notes roughly where each sign-in comes from (country, region and city), worked out from the IP address on Wiro's own servers. The address isn't sent anywhere or kept with it, and only the Wiro team sees these locations, to keep accounts secure. The privacy policy says so.
  • Sign inA new agency workspace now needs an invite. Each invite is a one-time link, usually for one email address, valid for 30 days, and it opens a page where the invited agency creates its account (email or Google) and then sets up its workspace. Anyone who signs up another way can't create a workspace and is shown that Wiro is invite-only. Teammates invited into an existing workspace are not affected.
  • Sign inWiro is invite-only for now: the sign-in page no longer offers Create account, and the old sign-up link opens the waitlist page on wiro.ae. Invited teammates still join from their invite email, and creators still join the creator network at creator.wiro.ae.
  • wiro.aeThe waitlist confirmation email no longer has a button, and app.wiro.ae opened by someone who isn't signed in now shows a thank-you page with a look at Wiro's features (wiro.ae/on-the-list) instead of the sign-in page.
  • DriveNew: Drive, one shared place for your agency's files, under Transfer in the sidebar, laid out like Google Drive. A New button makes folders (pick one of 12 colours, and change it later from Edit folder in the folder's menu) and uploads files or whole folders (they keep their shape), and My Drive, Recent, Starred and Trash sit down the side with your storage meter. Switch between a list (name, owner, last modified, size, sortable by any of them) and a grid with previews of images, videos and PDF cover pages. Click to select, Cmd or Ctrl and Shift to select several, double-click to open, right-click for every action, drag files onto a folder to move them, and press Delete, F2 or Escape like on your computer. Filter by type or date, search by name, star what you use most (stars are yours alone), open a details panel, and download any selection as one ZIP. Uploads show in a panel in the corner, file by file, and you can keep adding more while they run. Deleted items wait in the trash for 30 days, with Undo right after. During the beta every workspace has 500 GB, and the pricing page lists storage for each plan (100 GB on Studio, 500 GB on Agency, 2 TB on Scale). Admins can turn Drive off for any member in Settings, and lock it with a PIN like any other page.
  • TransferTransfer links are now a gallery: every image, video and PDF (its first page) shows a large preview in its own shape, laid out like a masonry board, with the name and size on it and a pink download button in the corner that appears when you hover (always visible on phones and tablets). Tick any files and download just those as one ZIP. Long file names wrap onto two lines instead of being cut off, and the gallery uses two columns on phones and three on tablets, so a transfer with many files stays easy to scan. Previews are made in your browser while you upload, so recipients see what they are getting without downloading anything. Other files get a plain card, and the page links to Wiro, Privacy and Terms. Uploads from the app address work again: they had stopped being accepted by the storage, which only trusted the main site.
  • EmailConnecting iCloud, Gmail, Zoho or Fastmail now shows step-by-step how to create the app password each one needs, with a link straight to the right page, so you don't have to go looking for it.
  • EmailA wrong password when connecting a mailbox now says so for incoming mail too. iCloud and some other providers answered it in a way Wiro read as "couldn't connect", which pointed at the server settings instead of the password.
  • CreatorsCampaign invites now say what the creator gets: Paid, Gifted or Paid + gifted. A gifted invite says what's offered, like a dinner for two in exchange for a story, and the fee stays optional, so a paid invite can leave it to be agreed in the chat. Creators see the offer on the invite, in the chat and in the invite email.
  • InfluencersInfluencers now have a Snapchat handle next to Instagram and TikTok. Type a username or paste a snapchat.com/add link when adding a creator, or add one to anyone already in the database from their full profile. It shows on cards, list rows and the profile as a link that opens their Snapchat, the Platform filter has a Snapchat option, search finds creators by it, imports read Snapchat columns and match creators you already have by it, and campaign reports list it. Adding a creator from the Creator Network fills it in instead of leaving it in the notes. Snapchat numbers aren't read automatically, so enter subscribers by hand.
  • CreatorsCreators can add their Snapchat at creator.wiro.ae, by username or snapchat.com/add link. It shows on their public page and to agencies straight away, as a link anyone can open. Subscriber numbers come only through Snapchat's official access, never by copying the page, and appear on their own, with a daily growth chart, once Snapchat switches that access on for Wiro.
  • SchedulerNew Mentions tab: posts by other accounts that tag or @mention your clients, collected from Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn Company Pages and TikTok Business Accounts, plus a daily YouTube search for each client's brand words. When a creator on your roster posts for a client, Wiro finds the deliverable it answers and marks it posted with the link and the post's numbers; when two could fit, it asks you to confirm. A band at the top counts deliverables proven this month, matches to confirm and deliverables due without proof. Add any post by its link, stories included, attach the creator's own recording or screenshots as proof, and log an unplanned post as a new deliverable in one step. Sources shows what Wiro can read for each client and what to grant where it can't.
  • SchedulerChoosing Reel, Story or Carousel as the post type now sets Instagram to the same type, so the live preview shows a Reel when you picked Reel, and it publishes as one. The Instagram panel can still set its own type. Video tiles in the composer show a frame of the video instead of a blank square, and the trim timeline in the media editor shows frames from across the video, with the parts being cut dimmed and the trim handles in Wiro yellow with a black outline, so they stand out on dark footage too.
  • EmailThe menu buttons on messages, folders and accounts are now solid dots, easier to spot than the outlines they had.
  • EverywhereEvery switch and filter row now glides: List and Grid, Month, Week, Day and Agenda, page tabs in Finance, Influencers, PR, Projects, Email and Mind, status and platform filters, and choices inside forms. The highlight slides to what you pick instead of jumping, and a softer one follows the pointer.
  • EverywhereScrolling inside a dialog, drawer or the post composer no longer scrolls the page behind it. The page now stays put while any of them is open, including the search palette, the invoice editor, task and post drawers, account management and the phone menu.
  • SchedulerA media editor in the post composer: press Edit on any image or video to crop it to a platform's shape (square, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9 or 1.91:1), turn it, trim a video to the part you want, make a file smaller, or use any frame of a video as the Instagram Reel cover or YouTube thumbnail. It all happens in your browser and saves a new file, leaving the original as it was. The composer now also warns before you publish when a file would be refused or shown badly (a photo outside Instagram's shapes, a video over a Story's 60 seconds, a file over TikTok's or X's size limit, carousel items of different shapes) and opens the editor on the fix in one click. Video editing needs Chrome, Edge or Safari 26 or later.
  • SchedulerMentions can be downloaded: a download button on every post, story and Reel, and a Select mode with a toolbar to download any selection, or all of them, as one zip (every carousel item and each mention's proof files included, in a folder per post). Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X media comes straight from the platform; TikTok, LinkedIn and videos the platforms only give a still for come through Wiro's media server once an admin turns that on in Sources, after confirming you hold the rights. YouTube is never downloaded. The feed is now a masonry grid, each card shaped like its post: stories and Reels tall, YouTube wide, posts 4:5, text posts as text.
  • SchedulerInstagram Stories and carousels now publish as Stories and carousels (they went out as a single feed image before), Facebook takes videos and several photos in one post, Snapchat lets you choose Story, Spotlight or Saved Story, the first comment is posted on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X and LinkedIn after the post goes live, and a YouTube video gets the custom thumbnail you chose.
  • ReportsMonthly client reports have a Mentions section: how many posts mentioned the client, which proved a deliverable, and the most engaging ones with their numbers. Leave any mention out of the report from its drawer.
  • InfluencersA deliverable proven by a mention says so, and its numbers keep up with the post until you type your own.
  • wiro.aeThe home page's opening scene no longer flickers or shows missing pieces while you scroll, on any device: the office is drawn in one go and the window, Pegasus, clouds and butterflies carry their shadows in the pictures themselves.
  • wiro.aeThe home page's opening scene scrolls smoothly and looks the same on a phone as on a computer: the view through the window is the same painting on every screen, it no longer jumps when the phone's address bar slides away, Safari's top and bottom bars take the scene's colours instead of black, and the paper arrow is pasted on the office floor so it moves with the room.
  • wiro.aeThe home page loads much faster on phones: its pictures are a fraction of the size, and everything below the opening scene loads as you reach it.
  • wiro.aeThe home page opens on a new scroll scene: an agency office in full chaos with a window in the middle. Scrolling walks you up to the window, through it into a paper-collage valley with Pegasus, drifting clouds and butterflies, and the view tilts up into the night sky as the stars come out, landing on the Wiro logo. Anyone who has asked their device for less motion goes straight to the page.
  • wiro.aeThe product demo on the home page now hangs in a gilt frame, with a portrait frame on phones. The footer is split into separate cards over the landscape, with faint twinkling stars in each.
  • Creatorscreator.wiro.ae can now appear in Google. Its pages told search engines they were copies of wiro.ae, and its robots.txt and sitemap pointed at the main site, so none of it was indexed. It now has its own address, title and description, its own sitemap listing every public creator page, and each creator's page has a proper title, description and photo for search results and link previews.
  • EmailBulleted and numbered lists now show their bullets and numbers while you write, and links show as links. They were always sent correctly, but in the editor they looked like plain lines, so the list buttons seemed to do nothing.
  • EmailDiscard closes the message at once, and the draft is deleted in the background. Closing with the X waits at most a couple of seconds and keeps saving to Drafts behind the scenes. Both used to sit through the whole save to the mail server, which on a slow server looked like the buttons didn't work.
  • CreatorsCreator signup has an optional Who invited you? field, for both email and Google signups, so creators who bring others to Wiro get the credit. A signup link can fill it in: creator.wiro.ae/signup?ref= followed by a name or handle.
  • AdsBring your existing ads sheet into the Ad plan. In Google Sheets choose File, Download, Microsoft Excel, then Import sheet on the Ad plan. Wiro finds the header row, reads platform, ad name, description, budget, dates, goal, status, links and notes, carries a platform cell merged across several rows down to each of them, keeps the address behind links shown as "link", skips the total row, and shows every row before saving so you can pick the client, check anything it flagged and untick what you don't want. CSV files work too, without the link addresses.
  • AdsA new Ad plan on the Ads page replaces the monthly ads spreadsheet. Add each ad you're running or about to run: platform, client, name, description, budget, start and end dates, goal, status (Pending, Active, Paused or Ended), creatives and booking links, and notes. Plans are shown month by month with the total budget, change status straight from the row, and copy an ad to next month in one click. Link a planned ad to its live Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat or ChatGPT campaign and the row shows what it has actually spent against the budget, in red once it goes over. Each client's monthly report now includes the ads planned for that month.
  • wiro.aeThe top bar on wiro.ae now links to the creators page, so a creator who lands on the site finds the way to the Creator Network straight away.
  • CreatorsThe "Why creators join" section on creator.wiro.ae now shows a fashion creator photo with the studio's cards floating around it: followers, engagement against creators of the same size, a campaign invite and a private rate.
  • CreatorsThe creator.wiro.ae home page now explains what Wiro is and what creators get: a public profile page, private rates, campaign invites in one inbox with email alerts, analytics (follower growth, engagement against creators of the same size, audience quality), accounts added by handle with no password shared, and two-step sign-in with passkeys. It walks through the three steps from sign-up to a first invite, links the free rate calculator, media kit maker and engagement calculator, and answers common questions, including that it is free, that Wiro takes no commission from creators, and that rates are never public.
  • wiro.aeSeventeen new articles, each checked against official sources: Saudi Arabia's Mawthooq influencer licence, Saudi advertising rules, Saudi data protection for marketers and the Saudi brand calendar to March 2027; choosing between a freelance permit, mainland and free zone licence, Emiratisation in 2026, recovering unpaid fees, UAE data protection (the law still has no regulations or fines, while the telemarketing rules covering WhatsApp do), who owns creative work under UAE copyright, and music licensing in brand videos; WhatsApp Business pricing after the 1 October 2026 changes, Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook email rules, getting cited by ChatGPT and Google's AI, and Arabic content; plus Q4 retail sales, the Dubai Shopping Festival and the region's marketing awards. Each cover is built around its subject: the platform's real logo, the official page behind the story, and props carrying the article's key facts, such as WhatsApp's new rates in chat bubbles.
  • wiro.aeTwelve new articles on UAE e-invoicing and agency VAT, each checked against the Ministry of Finance, FTA and Peppol texts: choosing an accredited provider, the mandatory fields on an e-invoice, credit notes (an e-invoice can never be cancelled), clients abroad and zero rating, supplier e-invoices and input VAT, whether freelancers and small agencies are in scope, UAE versus Saudi e-invoicing, Peppol explained, the full penalty table from Cabinet Decision 106 of 2025, VAT on rebilled media spend, zero-rated versus exempt versus out of scope, and the VAT TRN versus the corporate tax TRN. Their covers were redesigned around each subject, with the official page each article draws on and props such as a drawn five-corner Peppol diagram and VAT category letter tiles. The earlier e-invoicing deadline article now quotes the penalties from the decision itself.
  • SettingsA TRN that e-invoices would reject now says why, in Settings, on the client form and in the e-invoicing readiness checks. A number ending in 1 is flagged as most likely the corporate tax TRN, since tax invoices need the VAT TRN, which ends in 03.
  • FinanceFinance has a new E-invoicing tab for running your own pilot before your start date. Choose your revenue band to see your dates (when to choose an accredited provider, and when e-invoicing starts) with the days left. It checks your agency details, every client you send tax invoices to and every issued tax invoice and credit note, month by month, and says exactly what each one is missing with a link to fix it. Download a single ready e-invoice, or a whole month as a zip for testing with your provider and for your records, and follow the pilot checklist from choosing a provider to sending your first live e-invoice.
  • ClientsThe country list on clients and in Agency details now has every country, with a search box: type a few letters to find one. Clients saved with Other can be set to their real country, which an e-invoice needs.
  • FinanceSupplier e-invoices can be logged as expenses: on the Expenses tab, Import e-invoice takes the XML file from your e-invoicing provider or the supplier and fills in the supplier, their TRN, the invoice number, date, amount, currency and dirham value, with the VAT exactly as the supplier charged it rather than a flat 5% split. The file is attached as the receipt. It warns when the invoice is already logged, when it is addressed to a different TRN (so its VAT is not yours to reclaim), and when it is under the reverse charge. Supplier credit notes are not imported.
  • FinanceTax invoices and tax credit notes can now be downloaded as UAE e-invoices: open a saved document and use Download e-invoice for the PINT AE XML file an accredited e-invoicing provider takes. It is built to the official specification and passes its validation rules, covers exports (sent to the export endpoint, with the dirham total and exchange rate for invoices in another currency), credit notes with their reason, line discounts and units, and lists what is missing instead when a document is not ready. Wiro sends it nowhere itself; you upload it to your own provider.
  • FinanceThe Disc% column no longer appears on an invoice when none of its lines has a discount, on the PDF and in the live preview.
  • FinanceGetting ready for UAE e-invoicing (July 2027 for most agencies, January 2027 above AED 50 million revenue). Each invoice line now has a unit (item, hour, day, week, month, year, lump sum), printed beside the quantity, and on tax documents a VAT treatment: standard-rated 5%, zero-rated, exempt or outside the scope of VAT, with VAT charged only on standard-rated lines. Existing invoices keep exactly the VAT they had. Tax credit notes take a reason (cancelled, price changed, error and so on), printed on the note. A new E-invoice readiness section in the invoice editor lists what an e-invoice of that document would still be missing and where to fix it, and each client's page says whether their record is ready. Nothing blocks saving or sending today.
  • SettingsAgency details have new fields that UAE e-invoices need: legal name, emirate, city, trade licence number and the authority that issued the licence. Clients in the UAE have a City or area field beside the emirate, and the client form warns when a UAE TRN is not 15 digits.
  • wiro.aeEleven new articles on the UAE and Dubai: the under-15 social media ban and what it means for brands, the 30 October e-invoicing deadline and this year's tax changes, ChatGPT ads for UAE advertisers, National Day 2026 and the rules on national symbols, the National Media Authority explained, YouTube Creator Partnerships in the UAE, outdoor advertising and Mada Media, R/GA opening in Abu Dhabi, GITEX moving to December at Expo City, the UAE events calendar to March 2027, and the creator economy in numbers. The covers try new styles instead of paper collage: 3D clay, isometric, flat illustration, low-poly, risograph, frosted glass, linocut, watercolour and real photographs of Expo City, Abu Dhabi and Dubai, each with the real page or logo the story is about.
  • wiro.aeNine new articles on the week of 26 September to 3 October 2026: YouTube Shorts putting original content first, boosting an Instagram Live, Muse for Small Business, Threads at 500 million users, how ChatGPT and Google pick the products they recommend, the cuts at the big agency networks, the UAE rule on AI images of public figures and national symbols, planning for Ramadan 2027, and a round-up of the week. Each has a new cover in a Bauhaus cut-paper style showing the real announcement.
  • SchedulerYour agency can post on its own socials without adding itself as a client. The Scheduler now has Our agency (with your agency's name) at the top of its client lists: connect your own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and the rest to it in Accounts, then pick it in the composer and filter the calendar by it like any client. It stays out of the Clients page, Finance, Reports and every other client list, and it has no client invite link, since the accounts are yours.
  • ReportsYouTube coverage in PR and client reports now shows the video's thumbnail instead of "Screenshot unavailable" (YouTube blocks page captures), with YouTube's red logo, the channel's name as the header, and the full watch link. The client report's cover now shows the same estimated reach as the PR summary inside it (it could say 0), and the PR section no longer ends with its own back cover in the middle of the report.
  • MindOn a board, Add image, video, link, to-do and file now sit near the top of the tool rail, right after text and notes, instead of at its foot where a short screen hid them. When the rail (or, on a phone, the top bar) has more than fits, a faded edge with a chevron shows it and scrolls to the rest. The top bar no longer squeezes on laptop screens: its labels drop when they don't fit, and Fit stays inside the bar.

September 2026

A proper mail client, campaigns from your own mailbox, and free tools on wiro.ae

  • AdsChatGPT Ads joins Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat on the Ads page. Create an API key in ChatGPT Ads Manager (Settings, API Keys), paste it in Wiro, and choose the client it reports for: each key covers one ad account. It has its own lavender colour on the page, with the ChatGPT mark. Its campaigns sync with spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, return on spend, budget and what each campaign optimises for, and show in the same table, filters and client reports as the other platforms. The key is checked with OpenAI, stored encrypted and never shown again.
  • AdsThe Sync button and the scheduled refresh now include Snapchat Ads, which only synced when it was first connected, and a platform you haven't connected no longer shows up as a failed sync.
  • FinanceReceipt on an invoice now always opens the receipt for that invoice. After you'd made a receipt from a client's page, its link stayed in the address, so reopening Finance could bring back the receipt for that earlier invoice instead of the one you clicked (Receipt on INV-001 opened one for INV-002). Links from notifications to a task, a Mind comment or a team channel are cleared properly after opening too, so a reload no longer opens them again.
  • FinanceReceipts have their own tab in Finance, beside Invoices: every receipt with the invoice it's for, how it was paid and its date, and a New receipt button. They no longer crowd the Invoices list. Saving a receipt now records its payment on that invoice, so the invoice shows paid (or part paid) with no second step, and voiding or deleting the receipt takes the payment off again. A receipt for a payment you already recorded, or for an invoice already marked paid, never counts the money twice.
  • FinanceThe document editor no longer has Record a payment on any document: an invoice takes a payment from Record payment on its row, and a receipt records its own by being saved. A receipt now has a Date field beside the payment method and no Dates & terms section, which a receipt doesn't need, and a sent receipt is never marked overdue. New documents start on Due on Receipt terms.
  • FinanceRecording a payment on an invoice now offers its receipt straight away (Make the receipt), filled in with the amount and the invoice it's for. Receipts number themselves in their own run, REC-001 onwards, always after the last one used, void ones included so no number is ever reused.
  • FinanceLogging an expense now has a No VAT option beside VAT inclusive and VAT exclusive, for salaries, government fees and suppliers who aren't VAT-registered. The amount is saved as paid with no VAT split out of it, so it no longer counts toward VAT you could reclaim, and it reopens as No VAT when you edit it.
  • ClientsA client's invoices now carry their next step right on the client's page: Record payment on an invoice still waiting for money, and Receipt once it's paid or part paid, each opening the same flow as on the Finance page. The button that starts a new invoice, quotation, receipt or credit note is now called New document, on the client's page and in Finance.
  • FinanceThe lines you add under an item's description (like "- Estate Tax" and "- GST") now stay with a saved draft. They were saved but dropped when the invoice was opened again, so the next save lost them for good. Lines starting with a dash now print as a proper bulleted list on the invoice, and the details box opens at its full height instead of one line.
  • FinanceAn invoice on Due on Receipt terms no longer prints a due date next to them: the terms already say when it's due. In the invoice editor the due date greys out on those terms and follows the issue date, and picking a Net term fills the due date in for you, 15 to 60 days after the issue date. The free invoice generator on wiro.ae works the same way.
  • ClientsA client's address is now in plain view: a proper multi-line box right under the email and phone when you add or edit a client (it used to be a one-line field folded away under Location), and a row on the client's page beside their email, phone and WhatsApp. It's the address their invoices and statements print. Their legal name and TRN moved up beside it the same way, out of Finance and contract, and show on the client's page too.
  • SettingsAgency details has an Address field, under Country and Currency. It's the address your invoices print under the agency's name, which could only be left blank before.
  • CreatorsThe creator studio on creator.wiro.ae now works like an app. Tabs change in place instead of reloading the page, the selection glides between them in the sidebar and the phone tab bar with a softer highlight following your pointer, each page settles in as it opens, and anything still loading shows its shape instead of a Loading line. On a phone a conversation slides in over the inbox, conversations with new messages glide to the top, and dialogs rise in and sink away.
  • CreatorsCreators get the same sign-in protection as agencies. A new Security page in the studio changes the sign-in email and password, turns on two-step verification with an authenticator app, adds passkeys (face, fingerprint or device PIN) and lists every signed-in device with sign-out. Signing in on a new device asks for a code sent to the creator's email, and the creator login offers passkey sign-in and goes straight to the code or second step when one is owed, on creator.wiro.ae's own pages. There's no device limit for creators: a manager signing in too is normal.
  • SecurityThe 2-device limit now counts computers and phones, not browsers. Chrome, Safari and any other browser on the same computer count as one device, so opening Wiro in a second browser no longer signs out your phone. Wiro recognises the same computer by the kind of system, the screen and the network a browser signs in from, kept only as one-way codes, and a browser stays linked to its computer when you take it elsewhere. A new browser still asks for the emailed code.
  • InfluencersOn a phone, a creator's profile now rises smoothly from the bottom of the screen as a full-height sheet, and scrolls smoothly inside. It used to stutter on the way up, could open only a few hundred pixels tall, and redid its layout on every scroll.
  • SecuritySigning in on a new device, or with two-step verification on, now goes straight to the code screen. The app no longer flashes up and disappears first, and once you're through it opens at once instead of checking your device again.
  • AppThe menu button in the app's top bar on a phone now uses the same two-bar menu icon as wiro.ae's pages, and the menu closes with the pink flower from beside the desktop sidebar, with a bolder cross.
  • InfluencersRefresh on a creator's profile now reads them the way the free creator checker does: the profile, then the recent posts, and a second try when Instagram holds back the first read. It no longer comes back empty handed on a slow read, and it now fills in the posts read, average likes and comments and the audience checks, which a refresh never did before. A handle that doesn't exist, or a platform that didn't answer, now says so plainly.
  • ProfileYour profile photo shows the same everywhere. A tall photo used to show its top in the sidebar and its middle in Settings; photos are now saved as a square cut from the middle, and the preview you see before saving is exactly what everyone else sees. Saving shows the new photo and name straight away in the sidebar, chats and team lists, and in your other open Wiro tabs, with no refresh. Photos are also saved much smaller, without the location and camera details a phone writes into them, and your previous photo is removed when you save a new one.
  • SettingsIn Settings' section list, and every tab strip, the hover highlight now passes under the selected section instead of across it, so the selected one stays whole as you move past it, and after a click the new section shows at once rather than hidden under the hover until you move away. A newly picked section's label turns as its highlight arrives, not before.
  • MessagesIn Team Chat, the message box no longer has a second line drawn right across its top, and replying to a message shows the quote once above the box instead of twice. The same goes for the bar that appears while you select messages.
  • SettingsSettings' sections (Agency, Profile, Security, Notifications, Team, Integrations and Billing) are now a list down the left, each with its icon, that stays in view as you scroll through a long section. The highlight glides between them, and on a phone they're still a strip across the top.
  • AppWiro feels more fluid. Motion follows real spring physics, so things arrive quickly, drift a hair past and settle rather than sliding at a fixed speed. The highlight on the selected tab, and on the current page in the sidebar, glides to its new place instead of jumping, and a softer highlight follows your pointer as you hover along the sidebar and tab strips. In the sidebar, as the hover highlight moves up or down, a small part of its leading edge rises out in a soft bell curve right where your pointer is, like fabric pulled at one point, and sinks back as it arrives. Each page settles in once as you open it, with no trace of the page you left. Lists move too: when a device, passkey, page lock, team member or dashboard item comes or goes, the others slide into place. Every hover in the app now eases instead of snapping, and messages under forms ease in.
  • AppWiro moves more smoothly. Dialogs, drawers and the search palette rise in and settle, and fade away when closed instead of vanishing; pages and Settings tabs ease in as they open; menus drop from their button; the error toast slides up and away; and buttons give a small press when tapped. While something loads you now see its shape (the sidebar and top bar on first open, then rows, cards and figures shimmering in your theme's colours) instead of a blank screen or a bare Loading line. With reduced motion turned on in your device's settings, all of it holds still.
  • SecurityChange the email you sign in with from Settings, Security. Wiro sends a link to the new address and one to your current address, and the change happens once both are opened, so nobody at a borrowed screen can move your account to their inbox. If your sign-in is more than a few minutes old, it asks you to confirm it's you first. Your email on the Team list follows the change.
  • wiro.aeOn the changelog, each month's name and summary stay in view beside its list as you scroll, the way section titles do on the feature pages.
  • SecurityPage locks: admins and managers can put a 4-digit PIN on any page from Settings, Security, a different PIN for each page if they like, so a client looking at the scheduled posts can't wander into Finance or Messages. Everyone in the workspace, admins included, needs the PIN to open a locked page, and the admin gives it to the team members who need it. After the PIN you choose how long the page stays open: just this visit, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or the whole day. A lock button in the top bar locks every open page again at once, locked pages carry a small lock in the sidebar, and search doesn't show what's inside them. Five wrong PINs make that person wait five minutes, and an admin who forgets a PIN can set a new one after confirming it's them, without the page ever sitting unlocked.
  • SecuritySettings has a new Security tab for how you sign in: changing your password, two-step verification, passkeys and the devices your login is signed in on, all moved out of Profile, which now holds just your name, photo and job title.
  • SecurityTwo-step verification: turn it on in Settings, Security and signing in with your password also asks for the 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, the Passwords app on iPhone and others). You get ten recovery codes for a lost phone, each good once, and can make new ones or move to a new phone at any time. A login with it on is never asked for the new-device email code too.
  • SecurityPasskeys: add one in Settings, Security and sign in with your face, fingerprint or device PIN from the Sign in with a passkey button on the login page, with no password to type. A passkey also works as the second step of two-step verification. Passkeys made on the app work on wiro.ae too, and you can rename or remove them. You get an email whenever one is added or removed.
  • TeamAdmins can require two-step verification for the whole workspace from Settings, Team: anyone without it sets it up the next time they open Wiro. Each member's card shows whether they have it on and how many passkeys they hold, and an admin can reset it for a member who lost their phone and their recovery codes (the member gets an email saying so).
  • SecurityChanges that could let someone else into your account, like adding a passkey, new recovery codes or turning two-step verification off, first ask you to confirm it's you when you signed in more than a few minutes ago: with a passkey, the authenticator app or a recovery code, or with a code by email if two-step verification is off.
  • SecuritySettings, Security now lists every device your login is signed in on, with when each was last used, and signs any of them out, or every device at once, the one you are on included. Signing out from the menu now signs out only that device, not your phone and laptop too.
  • SecurityA login can be signed in on 2 devices at once, say a computer and a phone. Signing in on a third signs out the one used longest ago, and that device is told why when it next opens Wiro.
  • SecuritySigning in with a password on a device your login hasn't used before now asks for a 6-digit code sent to the login's email. Devices you have already used, sign-ins from an emailed link or invite, and your very first device don't need one.
  • TeamAdmins see a note on the dashboard and on a member's card in Settings, Team when a login looks shared (used on many devices, or often pushed off by the device limit), with a nudge to invite the people behind it so each has their own login. The terms and privacy policy now say each login is for one person and what is recorded about signed-in devices.
  • wiro.aeThe pressed flower and the butterflies sit flat everywhere, without a shadow: on the pricing page's Agency plan and on every link preview image for wiro.ae's pages.
  • wiro.aeOn the pricing page with yearly billing, the saving under each price is now a soft tag in each card's own colours, a light pink wash on Studio and Agency and a faint dark tint on the pink Scale plan, instead of a green one that clashed with the black and pink cards.
  • wiro.aeThe Agency plan on the pricing page has the home page's night sky: the same small stars drifting and flickering behind it, above its mimosa border. With reduced motion turned on, the stars on both pages now hold still instead of disappearing.
  • wiro.aeThe pricing page loses its white: the Scale plan is now the brand pink, with a black button and ticks, the other plan cards take the page's own colour, and the comparison table, the savings calculator on the yellow band and the Simple on purpose cards a warm cream, each drawn by its outline.
  • wiro.aeFive more article covers, in a playful Memphis style: YouTube Creator Partnerships creator search, the Smart+ audience targeting panel in TikTok Ads Manager, a shoppable YouTube ad from Brandcast, BrandLink in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a sponsored result in TikTok search. The LinkedIn and TikTok covers now use the same marks as the Scheduler.
  • wiro.aeFive more article covers, in a photocopied zine style with fluorescent ink: Muse asking to place an order, Muse Image editing a photo from a typed prompt, AI versions of an ad in Meta's ad tools, LinkedIn's post on its new feed, and a brand Search Hub in TikTok search, with the Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok logos. The X and Grok and the Snapchat commerce covers lose a thin white line around their screens.
  • wiro.aeFive more article covers, in bold cut-paper shapes on kraft card: Google Ads campaigns from Google Marketing Live, the Google Ads conversions summary, a Snap labelled as a paid partnership, Ask Maps recommending a restaurant, and a Meta AI daily briefing.
  • wiro.aeFive more article covers, this time on layered torn paper with hand-tinted vintage engravings: Google's AI Max search terms report, a sponsored place on the Snap Map, product ads inside a Google AI Overview, Google's own list of 2026 search updates, and Snap's product photo of Specs.
  • wiro.aeFive more article covers, in a brighter take on the collage style: coloured paper backgrounds (pink, black, green, blue, yellow) and colour cut-outs. Each shows the real product: a Pinterest Visual Search Ad, Grok's start page, Pinterest's AI label, Google AI Mode answering in Arabic, and Snapchat's product ads, with the official Pinterest, X, Google and Snapchat logos.
  • wiro.aeNew covers for five articles on X and Pinterest, in the paper collage style of the home page. Every logo and screen on them is real: X's own Ads Manager screenshot, the GitHub page of X's open-sourced algorithm, X's example of an original post beside a copied one, and Pinterest's own images of a sponsored Pin in search and of Performance+, with each platform's official logo. A line under the cover says where the screen and logo come from, and collage covers show whole on the article page, on phones too, instead of being cropped to fill the frame.
  • wiro.aeThe header on wiro.ae's pages sits flat on the page: no more shadow under the menu bar or the logo.
  • wiro.aeOn the home page, the Join the waitlist note sits lower on larger screens, clear of the pegasus above it.
  • wiro.aeOn iPhone, the status bar at the top of wiro.ae's pages now matches the page: no darker cream band above the public pages, and black rather than white above the home page's night sky.
  • wiro.aeThree more free tools. A UAE corporate tax calculator: an estimate of the tax on a year's profit at 0% up to AED 375,000 and 9% above, with the adjustments that change it, Small Business Relief (now to tax years ending in 2029), the AED 1m threshold for freelancers, the free zone test and the date the return is due. An image compressor that runs in the browser: JPG, PNG and WebP made smaller by quality or to a size limit, resized on the way, up to 30 at once, with nothing uploaded. And a press release generator: the release laid out the way editors expect, in English or Arabic, as a PDF or ready to paste into an email.
  • wiro.aeThree more free tools. A brand colour palette and contrast checker: drop in a logo to pull out its colours, see which text is readable on each by the WCAG standard, and get the nearest shade that passes. A campaign naming builder: one naming rule for campaigns, ad sets and ads, with the names built from it, a written rule for the team, and a checker for names already in an account. And an influencer disclosure checker: paste a caption and see whether a paid, gifted or affiliate post is labelled as an ad the way UAE and Saudi rules ask, with the fix and a go-live checklist. The Gulf influencer rules guide now spells out the same disclosure rules.
  • wiro.aeFive new free tools. An ad metrics calculator: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA and ROAS from a campaign's numbers, the break-even ROAS for your margin, and a budget plan split by platform. A link preview checker: paste a link and see its card on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Slack and iMessage, with each platform's own image rules checked and the tags to fix. A GCC working days calculator: count working days or find a deadline in any of the six Gulf countries, with each one's weekend and 2026 and 2027 public holidays, and the Hijri date. A VAT calculator for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman, adding VAT or taking it out, to the last fils. And an email signature generator for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, with the name in Arabic, a logo and the team's colours.
  • wiro.aeNew link previews for every page on wiro.ae, the picture WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X and others show when a link is shared. They use the landing page's cream grid, keep the pressed flower and butterfly, and show what the page is: each free tool and PDF tool shows its own demo stopped on the result, the free tools page shows three of them, and each feature shows its collage from the landing page.
  • wiro.aeThe More free tools band at the foot of every free tool's page, and More PDF tools on every PDF tool's page, now use the same cards with a demo of each tool working. They show six tools, the same kind first (other influencer tools under an influencer tool), with a button to see all of them.
  • wiro.aeThe PDF tools page at wiro.ae/pdf-tools is laid out like the free tools page: a coloured band for each kind (Organise, Edit, Convert, Inspect, Protect) and a card for each of the 20 tools with a short demo of it working. Three PDFs merge into one, a page is dragged into a new place, sideways scans turn upright, a fee is redacted out of a letter, two versions of a contract are compared, and a file is locked with a password.
  • wiro.aeA new page lists every free tool, at wiro.ae/free-tools, grouped into Influencers, Social content, PR, Campaigns and Documents. Each tool has a card with a short demo of it working: a creator being checked, a caption going over the limit on X, a QR code with the Wiro logo, an invoice filling in. Free tools in the menu now opens this page instead of the fake follower checker. The caption checker also says an X post rather than a X post.
  • wiro.aeEight new articles on X and Pinterest in 2026. X: the rebuilt Ads Manager with Grok, new formats and what X's own filings say about its ad business; how X ranks posts now, from the open-sourced code to the argument over links; how creators earn under Original Content Rewards and the new paid partnership label; and what X's move into SpaceX and the Grok image scandal mean for brands. Pinterest: how advertisers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia buy Pinterest ads through its regional partner, with each Gulf country's ad rules; Performance+ and Pinterest's new AI tools; Visual Search Ads, Top of Search ads and shopping; and organic Pins, AI labels, Pinterest Predicts and creators.
  • wiro.aeEleven new articles on what changed at Snapchat and Google in 2026. Snapchat: product ads in Chat and the Commerce Power Pack; Promoted Places on the Snap Map in Saudi Arabia and Total Snap Takeover; Specs, Snap's AR glasses, and what brands can do with Lenses now; and creators, with the new paid partnership rules and Gulf programmes. Google: AI Mode and what it does to traffic; every 2026 core and spam update; Business Profile review rules and Ask Maps; the AI Max upgrade; ads in AI Overviews and AI Mode; Google Marketing Live and Performance Max; and the Google Ads changes Gulf agencies need to act on, including the end of campaign language targeting. The Google Search articles carry a new Search tag.
  • wiro.aeFour new articles on Meta's Muse: what the name covers (the models behind Meta AI, Muse Image, the Muse Video preview and the new Muse AI agent) and what works in the UAE and Saudi Arabia; the Muse agent, what it does and how brands should prepare for it; Muse Image, how it ranks now and the Instagram photo controversy; and Muse in Meta ads, including the rule that images made with Meta's ad tools may only be used on Meta's platforms.
  • wiro.aeEleven new articles on what changed at TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn in 2026. TikTok: what TikTok World brought and which tools reached the Gulf, Smart+ and what you can still control, search ads (keyword campaigns run in Saudi Arabia, not yet the UAE), and Symphony's AI video, avatars and labelling rules. YouTube: Creator Partnerships, now open to advertisers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia; Brandcast and the new live, Shorts and TV formats; Demand Gen and the move of Display campaigns into it; and dubbing, testing and the new rules for brand channels. LinkedIn: the rebuilt feed and what decides reach, video ads and which formats Gulf advertisers can use, and what changed in Campaign Manager. Earlier articles now say LinkedIn TV ads are limited to the US and Canada, and date Smart+'s single setup to October 2025.
  • wiro.aeEleven new articles on what changed at Meta and Instagram in 2026: Meta's Generative Recommender and how AI now matches ads to people; its AI creative tools, including Arabic voiceover translation; the ads AI connectors that let AI assistants work in an ad account, and how to set them up safely; the Creator Marketing Hub; the end of most placement exclusions; the new location fees in Europe; the Sponsored label becoming Ad; Instagram's Your Algorithm controls; the crackdown on reposted content; what Instagram's ranking actually rewards; and Adam Mosseri's memo on authenticity and AI. Instagram articles carry a new Social tag. The earlier Meta articles now credit Meta's 2026 ad gains to the combination of systems Meta named, not to one.
  • wiro.aeTwelve new articles on advertising: Meta One, Meta's new subscription for businesses, explained plan by plan with UAE prices; how Meta decides who sees an ad in 2026; Facebook and Instagram ad specs; TikTok ad specs and Spark Ads; Snapchat ads in Saudi Arabia and Sponsored Snaps; YouTube's ad formats and Shorts ads; LinkedIn ads for B2B in the Gulf; advertising on X; and Google responsive display ads. Each is checked against the platform's own documentation, with an Ads tag on the articles page.
  • wiro.aeThe ad mockup generator's page now carries the full 2026 ad specs in plain tables: every placement's recommended size, where each platform cuts the words, its safe zone in pixels, and what each platform calls each button.
  • SchedulerPost previews in the Scheduler are drawn the way the ad mockup generator draws ads: each app's own layout, sizes and colours, captions cut where the app cuts them (three lines and See more on Facebook, two and more on Instagram), and pictures kept at the shape each app shows them. Reels, Stories and Shorts show full screen on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube as well as TikTok and Snapchat, and several pictures show as a carousel or a collage. No phone around them, just the post.
  • wiro.aeThe Instagram grid maker previews your grid on a real profile, drawn on the same iPhone as the ad mockups: your username and picture, the counts and buttons, the grid tabs and the tab bar, opened on the new tiles with your older posts under them. Scroll inside the phone to see the whole profile. It opens on Wiro's example picture instead of an empty grid, the profile picture takes a click or a drop like the ad mockup's logo, and the four post counts are the same size.
  • AdsAn Ad mockup button on the Ads page opens the ad mockup generator in a pop-up: preview an ad on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google Display, and download the mockup for the client, without leaving the app. It follows your Wiro, Light or Dark theme.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the ad mockup generator. Upload a picture or video, write the words once, and see the ad as it shows in 20 placements: Facebook and Instagram feeds, Stories and Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube in-stream, Shorts and search, X, LinkedIn on a phone and a computer, Pinterest and four Google Display sizes. Each one cuts the text where that app cuts it, uses the platform's own button, crops or bars the media its own way and can show its safe zone. Download any of them as a PNG. Nothing is uploaded.
  • wiro.aeThe free tools in the footer are sorted under five headings, Influencers, Social content, PR, Campaigns and Documents, each with its own colour dot, so the tool you want is quicker to find.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the Instagram grid maker. Drop in one picture and get 3, 6, 9 or 12 tiles at the profile grid's 3:4 shape, with the thin lines between tiles allowed for so shapes line up, numbered in the order to post them (the bottom right first). A phone preview shows the grid before you post. Nothing is uploaded.
  • wiro.aeThe carousel maker takes a photo or a video behind any slide, with the slide's colour washed over it so the words stay readable. Video slides download as MP4 with the words on top, up to Instagram's 60 seconds, and as a still in the LinkedIn PDF.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the Instagram carousel maker. Design slides from five layouts (cover, point, list, quote, closing) in Wiro's colours or your own, with your handle and logo, in English or Arabic; or split one wide picture into a seamless carousel of 2 to 10 slides. Download PNGs for Instagram or a PDF for LinkedIn. It runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
  • wiro.aeThe free PR report generator lays your articles out as cards: the screenshot up top with its number and status, the publication's logo and the headline below, and a drop area to add a screenshot where a site blocked one.
  • wiro.aeThe free PR report generator shows each publication's logo, as reports made in Wiro do, instead of the first letter of its name.
  • wiro.aeThe QR code generator gets styles and a proper colour picker: square, rounded, dotted or soft dots, square, rounded or round corners, Wiro's colours as swatches plus a picker for any other, and the Wiro mark, no logo or your own in the middle. It opens on a ready Wiro code instead of an empty box, and the code no longer gets cut off at the edge of its frame.
  • wiro.aeFour more free PDF tools on wiro.ae: Extract images pulls every picture out of a PDF (JPGs untouched), PDF metadata shows, rewrites or wipes the hidden author and title record, and Protect PDF and Unlock PDF add or remove a password with AES-256. All of them run in your browser: the file and the password never leave your device. They come to the dashboard's PDF tools next.
  • PDF toolsPDFs made by the PDF tools now name Wiro as the app that made them, not Quicky PDF.
  • wiro.aeA tidier footer on every public page: the short link groups sit in even columns with no gaps under them, and the free tools have their own row across the full width, grouped by theme, so the list can keep growing without stretching the footer.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the YouTube earnings calculator. Monthly views, where the viewers are and what the channel is about give a range of ad earnings in AED, SAR or USD, with every rate printed on the page and room for your own RPM from YouTube Studio. Or fill it in from any channel's handle.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the social media image resizer. Drop in one picture, pick what stays in the frame, and download it cropped for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and more, with safe zones shown. The full 2026 size guide is on the same page. Nothing is uploaded.
  • wiro.aeTwo new free tools: a UTM link builder with presets for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, email and print, which catches the mistakes that split a campaign's numbers and shows the GA4 channel each link lands in; and a QR code generator for links, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi and contact cards, in your colours and with your logo, as codes that never expire.
  • wiro.aeThe PDF tools are now free on wiro.ae too: merge, split, compress, sign, redact, JPG to PDF and 10 more, each on its own page, all running in the browser so no file is ever uploaded.
  • wiro.aeThe big headings on the black bands, the join-the-waitlist band at the end of each page and the footer's tagline, are now the same cream as the Wiro wordmark instead of plain white.
  • wiro.aeThe free creator tools show real Instagram accounts before you type: Cristiano Ronaldo on the engagement calculator and the media kit, Kim Kardashian on the fake follower checker, and both with Dwayne Johnson on the comparison, each a dated check with their photos and linked to the profile. The TikTok engagement calculator shows Kim Kardashian's TikTok and the YouTube one MrBeast's channel the same way, so no checker page shows a made-up account any more.
  • wiro.aeYouTube channel photos in the creator checker are sharp: YouTube hands over a 68-pixel picture, and the checker now asks for one big enough for the profile card. In the media kit, a long channel description is cut to a couple of lines until you write your own.
  • PRTiers are suggested for you: top 5,000 in a Gulf country or a million monthly visits is Tier 1, top 50,000 or 100,000 visits is Tier 2, anything smaller is Tier 3, and social posts and documents are Tier 3. The Reach Engine applies it to every item as it reads it, and the coverage form shows the suggestion and why. A tier you pick yourself, in the form or with Set Tier, is kept and never changed again.
  • wiro.aeForm fields and cards across the free tools now take the site's own warm tones, a shade deeper than the page, instead of stark white.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the influencer media kit generator. Creators load their Instagram, TikTok or YouTube profile and get a one-page kit with their real followers, views and engagement, their best recent posts, and their own rates, brands and contact details, saved as a PDF. The figures come from the public profile and are dated; what the creator types never leaves their browser.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the GCC marketing calendar. Ramadan and Eid, every Gulf country's national days, White Friday, 11.11, Diwali, Dubai Shopping Festival, Riyadh Season and more for 2026 and 2027, each with what it means for a campaign. Filter by country, add single dates to Google Calendar, or download or subscribe to the whole calendar. Islamic dates are marked as expected, and seasons whose dates change every year are never given a made-up date.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the website traffic checker. Type any site and see its estimated monthly visits with the likely range, its global rank, domain authority, where it is popular in each Gulf country, how many readers a typical article there gets, and the PR tier Wiro would give coverage on it. It runs the same Reach Engine as the PR module, with no sign-up.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the PR report generator. Paste up to five press articles, add your logo, and get a client-ready coverage report with the black cover, a summary page and a page per article with its screenshot and estimated reach, saved as a PDF. Sites that block automated screenshots ask for your own, and your logo and screenshots never leave your browser.
  • PRA new report cover: black, with your logo at the top left and the client's name, the period and a title you typed at the bottom left, and up to six pieces of coverage on the right in a masonry grid. The strongest pieces are chosen, press first, Tier 1 first and one per publication, and screenshots of two screens take the tallest frames. Smaller reports get wide frames so headlines stay readable, and a report with no screenshots gets a clean centred cover.
  • PRThe report cover shows six pieces that have a screenshot, instead of an empty tile for a site that blocks screenshots, and exports are quicker: a publisher logo whose site does not answer is given four seconds instead of eighteen, and is skipped for the rest of the session.
  • PRThe report's sentiment bar shows the items nobody rated (1 Positive, 41 not rated) instead of turning all green for a single rating, and coverage by type lists shared files as files.
  • PRYour own screenshots for sites that block automated ones now stay put. On Time Out, Arabian Business, YouTube and other sites that show Wiro a bot check, the coverage panel explains why there is no screenshot and has an Upload screenshot button, and an uploaded screenshot is kept: before, opening the item or reloading the page could clear it. Wiro also no longer saves a picture of a bot check as the screenshot.
  • PRThe report counts a YouTube, Instagram or TikTok link as social coverage even when its platform was never filled in (a pasted YouTube video used to count as an online article), shows shared files such as a Scribd menu as files, and averages domain authority over publications only, so youtube.com no longer sets the highest score. The period reads Jun 30, 2026 to Sep 22, 2026. Links added from now on get their platform and account filled in, and existing ones are filled in by the Reach Engine.
  • PRExporting a report of your whole book no longer freezes the page: screenshots are embedded at print size, a tenth of what they were (a 42-item report carried 81 MB of images), and a publisher logo whose site never answers no longer holds the export on its last image. The progress line now counts images, not items.
  • PREvery coverage item now has a date. When the page gives none, Wiro uses a date in the article's address (Forbes carries one), and otherwise the day you logged the coverage, shown as approximate on the card, in the panel and in the report. An approximate date is replaced by the real one as soon as Wiro can read it, and a date you type is always kept.
  • PRSocial posts and shared files get real headlines instead of "Instagram" or "- YouTube": a YouTube or TikTok video's own title and channel, an Instagram post named from its link (Instagram reel by @account), and a Scribd document's name instead of its bot check page.
  • PRCoverage in other languages is tagged as such: Russian, French, Chinese and 26 more, from the headline's own script and the page's declared language. The coverage form offers them under Other, cards show the language code (RU, FR), and the book can be filtered to other languages.
  • PRHeadlines with a hyphen are no longer cut short when coverage is added: "Why This Mega-Hub Overtook Dubai..." was saved as "Why This Mega". Headlines already cut are restored in full, and a headline that was only the site's address is replaced with the real one.
  • PRTidier coverage: missing publish dates are filled in from the article (never with a date later than the day you logged it, so a rolling guide republished every month keeps its real date), missing headlines from the page or, for sites that block automated readers, from the article's address. Publication names that were really a page title (Gulf News: Latest UAE news, Dubai news...) are cut back to the name, and articles wrongly tagged Arabic are corrected. Anything you typed yourself is left as it is.
  • CreatorsConnecting an account and refreshing its stats are more reliable: the profile read is started straight away and collected a minute later, instead of running after the page had already been answered, where a server restart could lose a read that had been paid for.
  • AppScheduled posts, scheduled emails and new-mail alerts no longer wait behind the Google Calendar sync, which twice an hour held them up for about four minutes. The calendar sync is also much faster: it writes events in batches instead of one at a time.
  • PRWhere a publication is read: every coverage item now shows how popular its publication is in each Gulf country, from Google's Chrome UX Report, such as UAE top 1K on the card and Top 1,000 in the UAE, top 5,000 in Saudi Arabia in the estimate panel, the client report and the free article checker. The lists refresh monthly. It is a popularity band, not a share of readers, and it does not change the figures.
  • PRListings and directory sites whose pages are edited all the time no longer read as publishing a thousand articles a day: a publishing rate a site's traffic could not support is held to what it could, and the estimate says so.
  • PRMore accurate publishing rates for news sites: Wiro counts only the articles a site actually published in the last two days, so a news sitemap that holds a week no longer makes a site look five times busier than it is and its articles five times smaller. Estimates also move to a new version of the engine on their own within minutes of an update.
  • PRA stronger Reach Engine: monthly visits now start from each publication's global traffic rank on the Tranco list, the research ranking built from Cloudflare, Chrome and other traffic data, fitted to the audiences already in Wiro and typically within a factor of 1.7 of them. An article's readers are worked out from those monthly visits, and small sites no longer credit one article with a large share of their whole month, since most of their traffic goes to their homepage and older pieces.
  • PRCoverage on publications that block automated readers is no longer left blank: Wiro estimates the site's monthly visits and the article's reach from domain authority, shown as a wide range at low confidence and labelled as read from domain authority alone.
  • wiro.aeA new free tool: the PR article reach checker. Paste a link to press coverage and see how many readers it is likely to reach, the publication's monthly visits, a score out of 100 and every signal behind it. It runs the same Reach Engine as the PR module, with no sign-up.
  • PRTop publications in the report are ranked by their monthly visits, estimates included, instead of showing 0 a month for sites with no figure on file.
  • PREvery coverage page in the report now shows how its Estimated Reach was worked out: the six scores behind it with their weights, the reach score, the confidence, how many checks have run and the signals Wiro read from the site.
  • PRCoverage pages in the client report now carry the same figures as the app: a black Estimated Reach card with the range and its confidence, then monthly visits, domain authority, engagements and advertising value as cards. Social posts lead on the engagement they actually got. Headlines no longer show a publisher's raw HTML, and an article is only marked Arabic when it really is, not when the site merely offers an Arabic edition.
  • PREstimated Reach now appears on its own when the calculation finishes, in the open coverage panel as well as on the card. It used to sit on "estimating..." until you pressed Recalculate or reopened the page.
  • PRMonthly visits for every publication, worked out by the Reach Engine from how much the site publishes, how big it is and its domain authority, so Site Analytics is filled in even for sites no free provider covers. Your own figure always wins, and an estimate is labelled as one. Small sites with busy sitemaps no longer read as national papers.
  • PRCleaner coverage cards: monthly visits, estimated reach with its confidence and the value now sit in one labelled row instead of three lines of small text, and social posts no longer carry a missing visits flag.
  • PRCoverage screenshots are twice as tall: two screens of the article instead of one, so the headline, the opening and the first images all show. Screenshots already taken keep their size.
  • PRThe Estimated Reach panel on a coverage item now reads like the influencer report: a pink headline card with the range and confidence, stat tiles, the score breakdown and the reasons behind the estimate, all open instead of hidden behind a button.
  • wiro.aeTwelve more articles: creative briefs, project stages, freelancers, a 13-week cash flow forecast, launch day, handling a social media crisis, UGC or influencer content, creator media kits, share of voice, brand guidelines, moodboards and creative feedback.
  • PRSharper Estimated Reach: sites that block crawlers no longer get inflated figures, older articles are no longer treated as buried, and social posts and documents are left to their own view counts.
  • PRWiro's crawler now signs its requests with Web Bot Auth, so publications behind Cloudflare and other bot protection can recognise it as a verified crawler instead of blocking it.
  • PREstimated Reach for every piece of coverage: a range with a confidence level, worked out from where the article sits on the publication, how big and active the site is, how fresh it is and what Wiro has seen before. It is labelled as an estimate, updates on its own over the first month, and AVE now comes from it instead of the whole site's monthly audience.
  • InfluencersThe refresh button on follower counts refreshes straight away, with the icon spinning while it works, instead of asking first.
  • wiro.aeTwelve more articles: content calendars, usage rights and whitelisting, honest influencer ROI, UAE VAT invoice mistakes, Gulf posting schedules, choosing agency software, pitching Gulf media, micro or macro influencers, quotes versus invoices, TikTok for brands, caption and hashtag limits, and handing over a client.
  • wiro.aeA redesigned article page: a big title, a full width cover, easier reading type and more articles to read next.
  • wiro.aeTwelve new articles for agency owners: pricing social media management, influencer briefs, the UAE advertiser permit, engagement rates, fake followers, scope creep, approvals on WhatsApp, onboarding, corporate tax, national day content, proposals and weekly numbers. The influencer rules guide now names the National Media Authority, which replaced the UAE Media Council.
  • FinanceStatements of account are addressed to the client's company, with the contact person, TRN, address, email and phone, and no longer repeat your agency's name three times at the top.
  • wiro.aeA features page with every part of Wiro in one place, a branded preview card for every page when it is shared on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X or Slack, and sharper titles and descriptions across the site.

Pricing is in the site menu, and joining the waitlist from a plan notes which one you picked.
  • wiro.aeA tidier footer: Resources now sits under Solutions, so every column reads at a glance.
