What is the best time to post on Instagram in Dubai?
Evenings, from around 8pm to 11pm, are the strongest windows on most days, with a smaller rise at lunchtime on working days and a longer run through Saturday and Sunday afternoons, which are the UAE weekend. Friday afternoon behaves like the weekend too, since many offices close at midday. Use these as the first slots to test, then move to what your own Insights show.
Is it different in Saudi Arabia?
The rhythm is similar but the weekend is Friday and Saturday, and Saudi Arabia is an hour behind the UAE. A Sunday that is quiet in Dubai is a working day in Riyadh, so a campaign across both needs two schedules, not one.
When should I post during Ramadan?
After iftar. Fasting hours are quiet and working days are shorter; activity climbs from around 8pm and runs late, often past midnight, with another rise around suhoor. The chart switches to that pattern when you choose Ramadan.
Where does this data come from?
It is not measured from anyone's account, and no general chart can be. It is built from what is fixed and known: each country's time zone and working week, the daily rhythm of commutes, lunch and evenings, and how Ramadan reshapes the day. That makes it a sound starting point. After three or four weeks of posting, your own analytics are the better guide.
Does posting time matter that much?
Less than it used to, since feeds are ranked rather than in time order. But the first hour of a post still shapes how far it travels, and posting when your audience is awake gives it the best start.
