Exclusivity
A promise that a creator won't work with competing brands for a set period.
Exclusivity protects a brand from its creator promoting a rival the week after its campaign. It costs the creator income, so it costs the brand money: typically a percentage uplift on the fee that grows with the length and the breadth of the restriction.
Define it narrowly. "No competing brands" invites an argument; "no other telecom providers in the UAE, for 60 days from the first post" doesn't. Name the category, the territory and the dates.
