Rate card
A creator's standard prices, per format and per platform.
A rate card lists what a creator charges for each deliverable: an Instagram reel, a story set, a TikTok video, a YouTube integration, and add-ons such as usage rights, whitelisting and exclusivity. It is a starting point for negotiation, not a final price.
Brands and agencies compare rate cards against expected results rather than follower counts. Working a quoted fee back to a CPM or CPE shows quickly whether it is reasonable.
