Send big files to clients, the clean way
Films, shoots and print files on a link your client opens without signing up, with an expiry date and a download limit you control. Here is everything Transfer does, one part at a time.
Drop in the whole delivery
Drag films, stills, decks and archives into a new transfer, or pick them from your device. Each file shows its name and size, pictures show a thumbnail, and the total is added up as you go, up to 2 GB per transfer.
- Add more files or take one out before you send.
- Over the limit, or an empty file in the list, and Wiro says so before you start the upload.
Name it, and decide how long it lasts
Give the transfer a title and a message for the person receiving it, and link it to a client. Choose when the link expires, from one day to thirty, and how many downloads it allows, or leave it unlimited.
- A transfer linked to a client shows that client's name in your list.
Upload, then a link that's ready to share
The upload shows how much has gone up in megabytes and which file it is on, so a big film doesn't look stuck. When it finishes you get the link to copy, or to send straight to WhatsApp.
- Cancel an upload at any time; nothing is saved.
- Leave the page mid-upload and Wiro asks first, so a 2 GB upload isn't lost by accident.
Email the link from your agency's name
Type the client's addresses, up to five at a time, and Wiro emails them the link. It goes out in your agency's name, and replies come back to you.
- Email it again later from the transfer itself, while the link is live.
A clean page, no account needed
The client opens the link and sees who it is from, your message, when it expires, and every file. Download everything at once, as one ZIP when it is small enough, or file by file.
- A download limit counts one visit once, however many files the client takes.
- Once a link expires or runs out of downloads, the page says so and tells the client to ask you for a new one.
- Files are removed from storage after the link expires.
Every link, and where it stands
The Transfers page counts your active links, total downloads and what is expiring soon. Each transfer shows its client, files, size, message, when it expires and how many times it has been downloaded, with the link one click away.
- Show all transfers, only the active ones, or the ones that have ended.
- You get a notification the first time a transfer is downloaded.
- Deleting a transfer stops the link straight away and removes its files.
Give the client another day, or another download
Open a transfer to see its files, link and message. Change who it is for, move its expiry date, or raise its download limit, and the link follows the new settings straight away. A transfer that has run out can be reopened the same way.
- See exactly what the client sees, without using up a download.
- A transfer whose files have already been removed can't be reopened; send a new one instead.
