The Scheduler opens on a month of posts across all your clients, each coloured by where it is: draft, waiting for approval, approved, scheduled, published or failed. Switch to a week by the hour, a single day, or an agenda of what is coming up.

Drag a post to move it
Pick up a post and drop it on another day. It keeps its time of day, or takes the hour you drop it on in the week view. Wiro stops you dropping a post onto a time that has already passed.

- Published posts stay where they went out.
- If the move fails, the post goes back where it was.
Write it once, see it everywhere
Pick the client, give the post an internal title and write the caption. Add the media, choose the platforms, and the preview beside you draws the post as each app will: its own layout, the caption cut where the app cuts it, and reels and stories full screen. A best time tip suggests when each platform tends to do well.

The settings each platform asks for
Override the caption for any platform. TikTok posts carry TikTok's own choices: who can see the video, whether people can comment, duet or stitch, and whether it is branded content. Publish straight to the profile, or send it to the creator's TikTok inbox to finish in the app.
- YouTube videos get a title, tags, description, visibility, a made-for-kids setting and a thumbnail.
- Instagram posts can be a feed post, reel or story, per platform.

Nothing goes out without a yes
Send a post for approval and the people who approve posts get a notification. Once it is approved, schedule it, or publish it now. The post's drawer shows who made it, who approved it, every platform's status and the team's comments.

Clients approve without logging in
From a client's page, copy a review link and send it. The client sees the posts waiting for them, comments in the same thread your team sees, and approves or asks for changes by name.
- Review links stay valid for 90 days.
- Asking for changes notifies the agency in the thread.
- No account or password for the client.
See the posts as your audience will
The feed view draws every post as it will appear on its platform, with its status and date above it. It is the fastest way to check a month of content reads well before it goes out.
- Filter to one client to see just their posts.
- Open any post from the feed to edit it.
Plan the grid before it goes live
Pick a client and the grid view shows their Instagram as it stands, fetched live, with the planned posts ready to arrange. Drag them into the order that makes the grid look right.
- Already published posts are read-only and open on Instagram.
- The order you set is saved with the posts.
Many posts, handled at once
The list view puts every post in a table with its client, platforms, date and status. Tick several and approve them, schedule them all for one date and time, duplicate them or delete them.

Move work along like a board
The board lays posts out by status, from draft to published. Drag a post to the next column and Wiro runs the same step the drawer would: send for approval, approve, schedule or move back to draft.

Know what went wrong, and fix it
A bar above the calendar counts what needs someone: posts that missed their time, posts that failed, posts waiting for approval and accounts that need reconnecting. One click shows just those, and a missed post says why it never went out.
