A month of work, in one report
Ads, press, creators, posts and projects for each client, built from what is already in Wiro and ready as a PDF. Here is everything Reports does, one part at a time.
Pick a client and a month
Choose the client, the month and the sections you want: ads performance, PR coverage, influencer campaigns, posts published and projects delivered. Before you build, each section shows how much the month holds, so an empty one is obvious before the wait.
- The report builds one section at a time, and the progress bar says which.
- If a section can't be read, the rest still builds and the report says what was left out.
- This month works too, marked as the month so far; months that haven't started are refused.
- Stop a build at any time.
One document, the whole month
The report opens with your agency's name, the client, the month and the numbers that matter: ad spend and reach, press coverage and its value, influencer posts, posts published and projects delivered. The contents follow, then a section for each part of the work, laid out as landscape A4 pages ready to download as a PDF.
- Ads and PR sections use the same pages as Wiro's own Ads and PR reports.
- Influencer posts are listed with their reach, likes, comments and value.
- Each post appears the way it looked on its platform.
- Delivered projects carry their final output links.
Every report kept, exactly as it was
Each report is saved the moment it is built, as a snapshot of that month, so it reopens with the same numbers even if the data changes later. Filter the list by client or search it, and see at a glance which reports are complete and which are missing a section.
- Build a month again and the older version stays underneath it.
- Reports show who saved them and when.
- Deleting a saved report asks first.
Build the whole month in one go
At the start of a month, build last month's report for every client with one button. Wiro works through them one at a time, saves each report, and skips clients with nothing to report that month.
- It ends with how many were built, skipped or couldn't be built.
- In the first days of each month Wiro reminds you that the reports are ready to build.
