Coverage in, client report out
Paste the links and Wiro reads, screenshots and values every article, then turns the lot into a report your client will actually open. Here is everything the PR page does, one part at a time.
Every article, and what it was worth
The Coverage Book holds every piece of coverage as a card: a screenshot of the page, the publication, its tier, the headline, the author and date, the reach and the AVE. Above it, four totals sum up the book, and each one says what it was built from.
- Totals for coverage, Tier 1 against Tier 2 and 3, reach and AVE.
- An estimated AVE is always labelled as an estimate.
- Sort by newest added, newest published, widest reach, tier or publication.
Paste the links, Wiro does the rest
Paste as many article links as you like, one per line, and pick the campaign they belong to. For each one Wiro reads the headline, author, date and image, works out the publication's monthly reach, tier and domain authority, and takes a screenshot of the page.
- Links already in the book are skipped, and lines that are not links are ignored.
- Progress shows which article is being read and what step it is on.
- Stop a long paste at any point; the ones already in flight still finish.
Find the coverage nobody sent you
Search the web for a client or brand by country, and Wiro lists the articles that mention them. Anything already in the book is marked, the rest are ticked for you, and one click hands them to the paste box.
- Countries across the Gulf, plus Egypt, the UK and the US.
- Everything still enters the book the same way, so nothing skips the checks.
Everything Wiro read from the page
Open any card to see the full screenshot beside everything Wiro knows about it: the publication, date, author, language, tier and campaign, the site's monthly visits and domain authority with where each number came from, and the AVE.
- AVE is estimated from monthly readers at your agency's rate per thousand, until you set the real figure.
- Replace a screenshot, or upload one when a site blocks automated captures.
- Add a site's monthly visits once and Wiro remembers them for every future article from it.
A book you can trust in front of a client
Articles missing a headline, a date or a reach are flagged on their card and gathered behind one button. When an article's tier does not match its own numbers, Wiro suggests the right one and shows why, and nothing changes until you apply it.
- A social post or a document link is never counted as a press placement.
- Re-fetch incomplete articles, refresh reach and domain authority, or capture missing screenshots in one go.
Narrow it down, change many at once
Search the book and filter by campaign, month, tier and language. Tick the articles you want and assign them to a client, move them to a campaign, set their tier or delete them together.
- English and Arabic coverage, filtered apart in one tap.
- The month filter only appears once the book spans more than one month.
Coverage that has no link
Add coverage by hand when it came out in print, on air or in a podcast. Mark print articles as print, upload a scan of the page as its screenshot, and record the sentiment, how prominent the mention was, and the journalist behind it.
- Media types for online, print, broadcast, social and podcast.
- Social posts keep their platform, handle, followers and engagements.
- Paste a link and press Fetch Info to fill the form from the page.
Coverage filed by campaign
Group coverage into campaigns for each client, with dates and a status. Each campaign shows how many articles it has, opens its coverage in one click, and exports its own report.
- Draft, active and completed campaigns.
- Deleting a campaign keeps its coverage, unassigned.
Your press list, and every conversation with it
Keep every journalist with their publication, beats, language, country, tier, how often they reply and when you last spoke. Group them into lists, and log each pitch, reply, call, meeting and piece of coverage on their record.
- Email and WhatsApp in one click from the row.
- Filter by country and language, including bilingual contacts.
- Emirate by emirate for contacts in the UAE.
A client report that designs itself
Pick the coverage, name the client and period, and Wiro builds a PDF: a cover made from the coverage screenshots, an executive summary with the totals and how the coverage splits by tier, language and type, then a page for every article.
- Choose the sections: cover, summary, online and social coverage.
- Your agency's logo on the cover.
- Every report is saved to the Reports tab automatically.
Every report you have sent, on one shelf
The Reports tab keeps every report with its client, period and article count. View it, download the PDF, share a link or edit its details. When there are several for the same client and month, Wiro marks the latest, so you always send the right one.
- Share a report as a link the client can open without logging in.
- Vague titles can be renamed to the period and client in one click.
