Mind

Moodboards your whole team works on

References, notes and campaign thinking on one canvas, commented on, presented and shared with the client. Here is everything Mind does, one part at a time.

Boards and templates

Start from a board that already has a shape

Every board lives in one library, in a grid or a list, labelled with its client or as personal. Start a new one blank or from a template: Moodboard, Campaign brief, Mind map, Content calendar or Client presentation, each laid out in frames and ready to fill.

  • Assign a board to a client when you make it.
  • Search the library, and select several boards to delete at once.
  • A Getting Started board walks new people through the tools.
The canvas

Notes, shapes, frames and arrows

Put down sticky notes, text and headings, rectangles, circles, rhombuses and triangles, lines and arrows that join cards, and frames that hold a section of the board together. Draw freehand, highlight, rub out, and add stickers, GIFs and to-do lists.

  • Move a frame and everything inside it moves too.
  • Single-key shortcuts: V select, H pan, T text, N note, P draw, E eraser.
  • Seven fonts and seven board backgrounds, from white to dark.
  • Undo and redo, up to 50 steps.
Pictures, video and links

References that stay live on the board

Add pictures by link or upload, paste one straight from the clipboard, or drop in a file. Videos from YouTube, Shorts included, Vimeo, Instagram and TikTok play right on the board. A pasted link turns into a card with its preview image and description.

  • Upload files from your device and keep them beside the references.
  • Link previews are fetched for you, nothing to fill in.
Arranging

Line things up without nudging

Shift-click cards or drag a box around them, then line them up by their left edges, centres, right edges, tops, middles or bottoms. With three or more selected, space them evenly across or down.

  • Right-click a card to comment on it, duplicate it, or bring it to the front or send it to the back.
  • Select several cards and delete, move or export just those.
Working together

One board, the whole team on it

Everyone with the board open shows in the top bar, and changes from teammates arrive as they are made. If two people edit different cards at the same moment, both changes are kept. The board saves as you go, and says so.

  • Lose the connection and the board keeps your changes, then saves them when you are back online.
  • Works with touch on phones and tablets, pinch to zoom included.
Comments

Feedback pinned where it belongs

Pin a comment to a card or anywhere on the board, reply in a thread, and resolve it when it is done. Open and resolved comments sit on their own tabs, and a resolved thread can be reopened.

  • People you share the board with can comment too, when you allow it, and you get notified.
  • Click a pin to jump to its thread.
Version history

Go back to how it looked this morning

Mind keeps a version of the board before each spell of editing, and you can save named versions of your own, like the one you sent to the client. Pick a version to see a sketch of it and what restoring would change, then restore it.

  • Restoring saves the current board as a version first, so a restore can be undone too.
  • Named versions stay until you delete them; the newest 100 automatic ones are kept.
Present

The board becomes the deck

Present mode turns each frame into a slide, in reading order, left to right and top to bottom. Step through with the bar at the bottom or the arrow keys, and the board fits each frame to the screen.

  • A board without frames presents as one slide showing everything.
  • Escape leaves Present mode and puts the view back where it was.
Export

A PDF or an image, of all of it or just a part

Export the whole board or only the cards you have selected. As a PDF, fit it on one A4 page or print it full size across as many pages as it needs. As a PNG, pick the background and a standard or high resolution, then download it or copy it straight to the clipboard.

  • PNG backgrounds: the board's own, white or transparent.
  • Videos export as a still frame.
Sharing

Show the client with a link

Keep a board private or make it visible to your whole team. Make a share link for anyone else: they can look without an account, and comment too if you allow it. Reset the link to make a new one, or stop sharing at any time.

  • Only the person who made a board can change who on the team sees it.
  • The shared view keeps up with changes to the board.
