Messages

Your team and your clients, in one place

Team chat for the studio and one inbox for every client conversation, right next to the projects they are about. Here is everything the Messages page does, one part at a time.

Every conversation

One list for everything people are saying

The All tab puts team channels, direct messages and client conversations in one list, newest first, each with its unread count. Filter to what is unread, to the team, or to clients and creators, and search across every conversation.

  • Opening a row takes you straight into that conversation.
  • The tabs say where the unread messages are.
Team chat

Channels and direct messages for the studio

Talk in channels by topic or client, or one to one. Mention a teammate with @ and they are notified, see who is typing, and see how many people have read what you sent.

  • Photos, files, voice messages, GIFs and stickers.
  • Reply to a message, react, edit, pin, star or forward it.
  • Search inside a conversation, and select several messages to delete.
Slash commands

Turn a message into work

Start a message with a slash command and it carries a button that does the next step: open a new project or client with the name filled in, add something to the calendar, create a task, start a proposal, open Finance or start a Google Meet.

  • /project, /client, /event, /task, /proposal, /invoice and /meet.
  • Paste an Instagram or TikTok profile and the message offers to add them as an influencer.
  • A hint shows each command as you type it.
Quick actions

Polls and shortcuts from the message bar

The plus in the message bar opens quick actions: a new project, schedule, client, task or proposal, a Google Meet, or a poll. Polls post into the channel and show the votes as they come in.

  • Vote with one click, and change your vote the same way.
  • Each action opens a short form without leaving the chat.
The client inbox

Every client conversation, with a status

The Inbox holds conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Slack, Telegram, the client portal and Wiro Creators. Each one has a status: open, waiting on the client, waiting on us, snoozed, resolved or closed. Replying moves it to waiting on the client by itself, and a new message from them reopens a resolved one.

  • Snooze a conversation for an hour, three hours or until tomorrow.
  • Filter by status and by channel, and search the inbox.
  • Each channel keeps its own mark, so you always know where a message came from.
Notes and assigning

Talk about the client, next to the client

Switch the message bar to an internal note to write to your team inside a client conversation. Notes are marked clearly and never reach the client. Assign the conversation to whoever is handling it.

  • Mention a teammate in a note to bring them in.
  • Anyone on the team can see who owns a conversation.
Saved replies

Answers you give every week, ready to go

Save the replies you write again and again, each with a title and a shortcut. Type a slash in the inbox to pick one, and it fills the message for you to check and send.

  • Shortcuts like /hours or /brief.
  • Saved replies belong to the agency, so the whole team uses the same words.
Client portal

A private line for every client

Create a portal link for a client from the conversation's details and send it to them. They open it with no account and no password, message you, and the conversation lands in your inbox with the client already linked.

  • The details show the contact, their client, and that client's projects and invoices.
  • Regenerate the link any time; the old one stops working.
  • Link the same person across channels so their conversations sit together.
Requests

Client requests that go straight into the work

From their portal, clients can request a project or a task. The request arrives in the inbox as a card: create a project from it, add it as a task to one of their projects, or save it to your notes.

  • What has already been created is shown on the card, so nothing is done twice.
  • Clients see their projects and where each one stands in the portal.
Channels

Connect where your clients already talk

Connect WhatsApp Business through Meta's own signup, with no tokens to copy, your Facebook Page for Messenger and your Instagram business account for DMs. Slack connects in one click, and a Telegram bot with its token.

  • Every connection shows the account it is using, and disconnects on its own.
  • The client portal and Wiro Creators need no connecting at all.
