Your business email, where the work is

Connect as many business mailboxes as you use and read them together in All inboxes, or one at a time. Each mailbox has its own colour, so you always know which address a message came to.

• All inboxes, all sent, all starred and everything scheduled, across every mailbox.
• Each mailbox keeps its own folders, straight from the server.
• Wiro checks for new mail every few minutes, and can show a desktop alert.

Replies go out from the address the message came to. Press Send and you have ten seconds to take it back; Undo reopens the message as you left it, or Send now sends it straight away.

• Leaving the Email page does not cancel a send.
• Sent mail is filed to your Sent folder automatically.
• Drafts save to the mailbox's own Drafts folder, so your other mail apps see them too.

Write a new message from any of your mailboxes, add files as they upload, and send it now or schedule it: tomorrow morning, tomorrow afternoon, Monday morning, or a date and time of your own.

• Scheduled mail sends even when Wiro is closed.
• Each mailbox can have its own signature.
• Change a scheduled message and the changes go with it.

Snooze a message until later today, tomorrow, the weekend, next week or a time you pick. It leaves the inbox, waits in Snoozed saying when it comes back, and returns to the top of the inbox when it is due.

• Unsnooze any time to bring it back early.
• Snoozed mail lives in a folder on your own server.

Move a message to a folder and Wiro offers to do the same for everything from that sender. Say yes and new mail from them goes straight there. Ignore the offer and nothing changes.

• Rules only touch new mail, so dragging a message back to the inbox stays put.
• Create, rename, pin and delete folders on the server from Wiro.
• See and remove rules from the sidebar.

Turn on Group conversations and every reply joins its conversation in one row with a count. Open it and you see the whole exchange in order, your own sent replies included.

• Conversations follow the email's own reply headers, not just the subject.
• Turn grouping off any time to see every message on its own.

Search the view you are in by sender, subject or text. When the match is older than what Wiro has fetched, load older mail and it comes straight from the mail server.

• Search one mailbox, one folder, or all of them.
• Filter any view to starred mail in one tap.

Mail shows the way the sender built it. Turn on image blocking and remote images, which can hide a tracking pixel, stay off, so senders can't tell you opened their mail. Show them for one message whenever you want.

• The choice is remembered for every message after.

Move through mail with J and K, archive with E, reply with R, snooze with B and star with S. Press the question mark to see every shortcut.

• Write with C, reply all with A, forward with F.
• Send with Cmd or Ctrl and Enter.

Connect any business mailbox that works over IMAP: Hostinger, Zoho, Fastmail, iCloud, your own server, or Gmail with an app password. Pick the provider, test the connection, and it joins the others.

• Wiro tells you if a mailbox stops connecting, and how to fix it.
• Your mail stays on your mail server; Wiro reads and sends through it.

Send a press release, an event invite or a story pitch to a list of journalists from your own mailbox. Each person gets their own message with their first name and publication filled in, and an unsubscribe link that works.

• Pick recipients from your media contacts, or paste addresses.
• Preview the email as any one recipient will see it.
• Track opens and link clicks, or leave them off.

A campaign goes out a few messages a minute from your mailbox, so it lands like normal email. Pause, resume or cancel it while it sends, then see who opened, who clicked and who unsubscribed.

• Schedule a campaign for later, and unschedule it if plans change.
• Anyone who unsubscribed is skipped next time automatically.
• Problems are gathered in one filter.
