Clients

Every client, and everything you do for them

Their work, their money, their contacts and their approvals, one page per client. Here is everything the Clients pages do, one part at a time.

The list

Every client, and where each one stands

Clients opens on every client you work with, each card showing their open projects, what they owe and their retainer. The tabs split them by status, and the list view puts the same facts in columns.

  • Tabs for All, Lead, Active, On Hold and Churned, each with its count.
  • Cards show open projects, unpaid invoices, the monthly retainer and the account manager.
  • The list view adds last activity and the manager, one row per client.
  • Only people with Finance access see the money.
Find it fast

Search by anyone, sort by anything

Search looks at the client's name, their legal name, industry, contact and email, so typing the person you spoke to finds their company. Sort the list by what matters today, and Wiro keeps your view, filter and sort for next time.

  • Sort by name, last activity, waiting for payment, paid, status or recently added.
  • Escape clears the search.
  • Cards or list, remembered between visits.
Contracts

Renewals, before they surprise you

When a contract ends in the next 30 days, or ended recently, a banner says so at the top of the list. One click shows just those clients, with how long each contract has left.

  • A Renewals tab appears while any contract needs a look.
  • Cards show how many days are left, or when the contract ended.
  • With an end date set, admins, managers and the account manager get a reminder 30 days before.
Adding a client

A new client in a few seconds

The essentials come first: the trading name, industry, contact, status and account manager. Everything else, from the second contact to the retainer and contract dates, sits in sections you open when you need them.

  • Sections for contact details, location, finance and contract, and Gulf preferences.
  • Legal name and TRN for invoices, currency and payment terms per client.
  • A monthly retainer, contract start and end, and automatic renewal.
  • Wiro warns you when a client with the same name or email already exists.
Import and export

Bring your clients in from a spreadsheet

Pick a CSV or Excel file and Wiro matches its columns to the right fields by their names. Check the matches, see how many will be added, and skip the rows that look like clients you already have.

  • Download a template if you are starting from scratch.
  • Rows without a trading name are skipped, and Wiro says which.
  • Export whatever is on screen, with your filter, search and sort, as a CSV.
A page per client

What needs doing, before anything else

Each client's page opens on four boxes: what they owe, the next deadline, what is waiting on them, and when you last worked together. Their contact sits right under it, with email, phone and WhatsApp a tap away.

  • Waiting for payment, with what is overdue and what has been paid so far.
  • The next deadline, or the late ones, opening the project in one click.
  • Projects to approve, posts to approve and proposals to sign, in one count.
  • A second contact, legal name, TRN and address, one click away.
Everything linked

The whole relationship, on one page

Projects, invoices, conversations, Mind boards and an activity feed all gather on the client's page, beside their contract and finance details. Work made for the client shows up by itself; a message thread is linked to them once, from the Messages inbox.

  • Activity lists approvals, invoices, messages, proposals, posts and projects as they happen.
  • Conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Slack, Telegram and the portal.
  • Recent PR coverage, proposals and, with an ad account connected, ad performance.
Post approvals

Posts approved by the client, without a login

The client's page shows the posts waiting for their approval, what is coming up and what went out in the last month. Copy a review link and send it: the client opens it, adds their name, and approves or asks for changes.

  • Review links stay valid for 90 days.
  • Posts whose date has passed while waiting are flagged.
  • Start a new post for the client straight from their page.
Social accounts

Their accounts, connected to their page

Connect the client's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and YouTube to their page, so their posts publish to the right place. Or send an invite link and let the client connect their own Instagram and Facebook.

  • See at a glance which accounts are connected and which need reconnecting.
  • Invite links for the client stay valid for 14 days.
  • Sync refreshes the connected Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Notes

What was said, where the team will find it

The client's background sits at the top of their notes: who signs off, who pays, what they like. Below it, the team adds notes as things happen, and an @ mention tells a teammate.

  • Edit or delete your own notes.
  • Opening the client's page counts as reading the mentions in it.
  • Mark a client for Ramadan timelines, and a moon on their page reminds the team.
Rate card

Their rates, or the agency's

Each client uses the agency's rate card until you give them their own. The rates value this client's stories, posts, reels, videos and carousels, in the currency they are billed in.

  • Custom rates beat the agency default for this client's campaigns.
  • A PR multiplier for coverage.
  • Go back to the default in one click. Only admins can change rates.
Money

A statement of account in two clicks

Open the client's statement for a month, a quarter or a year: the opening balance, what was invoiced, what was received and the balance due. View it as a document to print or save as PDF, or download the figures as CSV.

  • Step back through earlier periods.
  • One statement per currency the client is billed in.
  • A financial report for the whole agency on the Clients page, with expenses.
Client report

A report link the client can open any time

Make a private report link for the client. It shows their ad performance, PR coverage, posts and the monthly reports you share with them, always up to date.

  • Ad results for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or the year.
  • Make a new link and the old one stops working.
  • Turn the link off whenever you want.
