Shoots, calls and bookings on one calendar

Events you make in Wiro, your Google Calendar, and bookings from Cal.com and Calendly all land on one calendar. Each event is coloured by type, meeting, shoot, deadline or event, and a dot says where it came from. Show everything, or just one source.

The week and day views lay events out by the hour, sized by how long they run. Drag one to another day or time and it moves, and Google Calendar moves with it.

• Overlapping events sit side by side.
• Bookings and recurring events stay put, so a drag never breaks a series or a client's booking.

Give an event a title, a type and a colour, the date and time or all day, a location and notes. Repeat it daily, weekly, monthly or yearly until a date you choose, add attendees by email, and set reminders from ten minutes to a day before.

• Saved in Wiro and added to Google Calendar when it is connected.
• Start a Google Meet or share a booking link from the same button.

Click a day to see everything on it: times, where each event came from, which ones repeat and which have a meeting link. Pick a time and start a new event right there.

• On a phone, each day shows a dot per event and opens the same list with a tap.

When a client or a creator books you through Cal.com or Calendly, the booking appears on the calendar with who booked it, the meeting link and their notes. Cancelled and rescheduled bookings are marked.

• Cancel or reschedule on Cal.com or Calendly in one click from the booking.
• Join the meeting from the event itself.

The agenda runs from today onwards, grouped by day. Search looks through every event on the calendar, whichever calendar it came from.

• Each line shows the time, the type and the source.

Connect Google Calendar, Cal.com and Calendly and each one shows when it last synced. Sync one on its own or everything at once. Hide the Google calendars you don't want on the grid, like holidays or a shared calendar.

• Holidays and birthdays show on the grid but never crowd out your real upcoming events.
• A connection that needs signing in again says so, with a button to fix it.
• Disconnect any app on its own; your existing events stay.

Your Cal.com and Calendly booking links sit beside the calendar. Copy one to send to a client or a creator, or preview the booking page exactly as they will see it.

• Mark your most used link as the default.
• Every link, with its length, on the Meet tab.

Create a Google Meet with a title, attendees, date, time and length, and copy its link or join from the list. Join any meeting by its code, and see your upcoming and past meetings in one place.

• New meetings go on your calendar too.
• Durations from 15 minutes to two hours.
